New VRBO is hosted by me a Superhost with 1100 reviews. Any guests total over 16 people requires hosts permission prior to booking and any small gatherings does as well. Message me for questions and requests prior. Home features a Star Wars themed private high end movie theater with premium surround. Paid separately after booking ($100 per night) 1st floor : Open concept home 2 living areas ( formal & family ) Formal features 2 pink loveseats, green velvet sofa, and grass wall with a message that embodies our home, “ moments we share”. 17 foot dining chair features 17 dining chairs for the entire group to enjoy a meal together Large white kitchen with thick marble island. 2 ovens. Well stocked kitchen to cook delicious meals. Pots, pans, blenders, baking trays, silverware, kitchen accessories. Family room has 2 long green velvet sofas, faux leather brown chairs, 80 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, surround sound. 2 bedrooms on first floor : Large 1st Bedroom 2 king, adjustable standing/seating desk, 65 inch smart tv. 2nd Bedroom has a king size bed + 50 inch smart tv 1st floor full bathroom 2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms on second floor, washer/dryer room. 1st Bedroom on second floor: has 2 pink queen beds, 50 inch smart tv Jack and Jill bathroom connects between the 1st and second bedroom. Doors on each side us d as a divider and privacy, and in the bathroom the shower and toilet has its own door within the bathroom so guests can still used the sink while another guest uses shower/toilet. 2nd Bedroom: has 2 king size blue beds, and 50 inch smart tv 3rd Bedroom junior master suite: has 1 Dark blue king size bed with 50 inch smart tv, connected en-suite full bathroom. 4th Bedroom Master Suite: is enormous in size, beige king bed, 2 seating area with 2 swivel beige velvet chairs, 65 inch smart tv, electric fireplace. Wonderful and sophisticated walk-in closet with/ chandelier, thoughtfully organized shelves and cabinets for your shoes, and other clothing suited to please men/women who required the best. Master bathroom will have you in awe over marble double vanity, jetted tub, spacious shower w/ marble seat, multiple shower heads surrounds, toilet w/ seperate door. Basement: Living area : Spacious and open concept Gulfstream jet themed room. Light blue paint, cloud wallpaper immerses you and make you feel like you are in sky. Metal plane decor features a Gulfstream G650, the king of the airspace. Pool table, 4 foot four corners game, child books, and other board games makes the basement a truly fun place to be. Velvet green couches and coolest looking blue sofa will have every child or adult smiling ear to ear. 70 inch smart tv, and surround sound. There is 1 Bedroom in the basement: 2 queen sized light blue beds, 50 inch tv, connected bathroom that also works as a jack and Jill, close off the side door in the bathroom to make a private en-suite or have the option to leave open for other guests to also utilize. Private Movie Theater: Last but certainly not least one of the coolest movie theaters you’ll ever see in an Airbnb. Star Wars themed movies theater with 200 inch projector, ultra high end in-ground surround sound system, fire stick left in movie theater to allow you to stream your favorite apps like Netflix under your account, full size dark Vader, and special force troops, 1 riser for easy visibility, 6 total reclining blue seats fits 2 people in each, purple painted room and galaxy wallpaper transfer you to another universe, stars projector. large and well kept. convenient for our DC trip. Would benefit from a notebook explaining the house use as well as some information on local attractions.

Beautiful spacious home We loved this large, beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood for our private school group of 15. We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile away. Our only suggestions for the host are to provide more large group cooking supplies like an instant pot and to provide kitchen towels and dish cloths. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back someday!

Great Home Beautiful home with space for a large group. Clean and in a great location. Host was great and quick with communication as well. Wed definitely stay here again!
