Access : Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. Our place is located within a residential apartment building. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. Notes : The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service. Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
