Unsauber..kein Strand..Eingang uns Meer mühsam..essen unzureichend..Personal eher unmotiviert..insgesamt würde ich dieses hotel nie mehr buchen! Zimmer sind okay! Man braucht ein Auto..leuzu wenig Parkplätze vor Ort!!!!! Schade

這麼漂亮的酒店。裝飾令人驚嘆，工作人員很棒。它安靜祥和，是完美的度假勝地。帶私人泳池的房間特別棒！強烈推薦。他們將在酒店內開設 2 家新餐廳，為用餐時間帶來一些變化。糕點師是個天才，我們不得不游得更遠才能吃到美味的甜點。

Très bel hôtel nous y avons passés 10 jours Chambre spacieuse et propre très bonne literie. La chambre était faite tout les jours sauf que les draps n’ont pas étaient changés en 10 jours.Le personnel est sympathique Dorule en demi-pension hors boissons 3e la bouteille d’eau 7e le verre de vin les consommations sont chères Prévoyez 2e de taxe de séjour par jour et par personne La nourriture est bonne mais répétitive . Hôtel loin de tout prévoir de louer une voiture pour visiter Nous avons toujours eu des transats de disponible à la piscine Supérette à 15 minutes à pied Il n’y a vraiment rien n’a faire aux alentours Pour se reposer c est le top pas d’enfants qui crient😅 Dommage qu’il n’y est pas un coin billard car comme je l’ai dit il n’y a rien n’a faire Vous avez un spa et massage salle de sport Vous avez un bus qui vous ramène au centre 1,60e matin et après midi mais pour le soir il faut prévoir un taxi entre 30e et 40e L’île est magnifique 93e pour une journée en bateau Location voiture au top on vous la ramène à l’hôtel entre 65e et 70e

Just arrived home from this hotel. We had a very nice time the hotel was very good large rooms, all bedding towels etc., were super quality and beds very comfortable. The rooms cleaned every day and always around the same time which we found great and the ladies did a wonderful job. The pools and the pool areas were cleaned every day and there was never a shortage of Sun beds . The food was edible but not very special, the only restaurant was OK but there was no access from within the hotel so we had to walk outside to access it fine until the evening it rained! The best thing about the hotel was the staff from the cleaning ladies to the bar and restaurant staff all superb nothing too much trouble and smiles from them all. All in all a pleasant experience.

Loved our stay at the Tsamis Zante Suites. It was perfect. The staff were fantastic. On arrival we had a welcome drink and could relax by the pool whilst the room was made available. Once available our bags were taken to the room and all of the hotels facilities explained. The staff could not do enough for us throughout our stay, especially the gentleman who was looking after the hotel store. We stayed in a superior suite with a balcony and it was perfect. The bathroom was open plan with a bath and separate shower. The balcony was spacious and was great for relaxing in an evening. We had a lovely view of the olive trees and the sea. The hotel is in peaceful surroundings. It is remote but that was perfect for us as we just wanted a relaxing holiday. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the local town was a short 15/20 minute drive. We ate at Vardiola restaurant a couple of times and it was lovely. The hotel restaurant was buffet service and the food for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent. Service was good in the evening for drinks and we enjoyed eating by the sea. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for you to choose this hotel to explore the amazing island of Zante.

We stayed in Tsamis Zante Suites for two weeks and I can honestly say that it was the best holidays we ever had so far and keep in mind that we have traveled a lot around the world. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holidays and if you decide to rent a car the location is perfect to explore both the south and the north side of the island since it takes about the same time. From the moment we arrived the staff was lovely and willing to help us with everything. They were quite attentive and always made us feel heard. The attention to detail was truly amazing. We had a suite with a sea view but the last few days we upgraded to a sea view with a private pool which was totally worth it. The food was amazing with special mention to the pastry chef because we had to swim extra laps for these desserts and the vegan restaurant for dinner was a hit. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Certo la location è a dire poco da sogno! Merita senza dubbio 5 punti però ci sono talmente tante cose che non vanno che spiegano il mio punteggio e che desidero elencare perché l’hotel ha un potenziale incedibile e sarebbe peccato non farlo. Una struttura moderna con delle stanze spaziose e arredate in modo minimal e con bei colori. Noi avevamo una suite con vista mare assolutamente bellissima. Sembrava aperto da poco perché non tutto è terminato e il personale non e pronto (giustamente abbiamo saputo l’ultima sera che L hotel è aperto dal 1 Giugno 2023). Poi subentrano tutte le piccolezze che si sono accumulate durante le 9 notti passate qui (2880€ in 2 in Mezza pensione). Già all arrivo il taxi prenotato dall’hotel non era lì… si è scoperto che era un errore di orario dall’hotel e cominciamo li i problemi . Loro chiedono 50€ con il loro shuttle mentre il tassista ne ha chiesto 30 e ti senti preso in giro sin dall inizio! Arriviamo in hotel e chiedono di saldare immediatamente il 50% aperto così da farti sentire una specie di ladri creando un bel disaggio … e il tappeto di yoga richiesto non era in stanze ed ne è stato consegnato uno, a dire poco lercio, ore più tardi dopo un’altro sollecito. Passiamo la giornata nelle varie piscine e al mare a rilassarci. E cominciamo a scoprire numerosissimi problemi di mancanza di manutenzione che non sto ad elencare talmente la lista è lunga … Passiamo ora alla cena (mezza pensione) a buffet e li CATASTROFICO!!! Ogni sera buffet di piatti industriale (qualcosina di greco c era ma poco niente ) e di qualità scadente . Davvero una delusione per un 5 stelle tra L altro che è intollerabile . Idem per la colazione con prodotti scarsi (ma con un menu speciale per celiaci, questa è una bellissima cosa e mi congratulo!) comunque davvero una grande delusione ! La pulizia nelle stanza lascia da desiderare ! Capelli lunghi presenti tutta la settimana allora che siamo 2 uomini …altri capelli lunghi dentro gli asciugamani puliti… Lettini in piscina in stato pietoso puzzolenti e pieno di macchie ed è meglio non alzarli per vedere cosa c e sotto! Terminerò con , anche se la lista è lunga , l odore di urina e fogna all entrata delle suite con vista mare ….. Il personale è in generale simpatico, sorridente e cordiale come la nostra cara Penelope al servizio che era il nostro sorriso quotidiano. Sembra però che l’hotel sia aperto da 1 settimana e sembrano persi . Al bar della piscina si trova una barmaid senza sorrisi i primi giorni ma che e poi si è aperta , però passa troppo tempo a farsi videochiamate con amici e a parlare forte , davvero una mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti . Idem il ragazzo che la rimpiazza e che è sempre con il suo cellulare in mano e che fuma davanti ai clienti. Camerieri in generale che masticano le cicche, che non salutano quando li incroci, che arrivano in ritardo (nessuno all’accoglienza della colazione il 25 agosto che per una volta dovevamo andare via presto per un giro in ba

L'hotel è veramente bellissimo, ampio ma senza essere troppo dispersivo, tre piscine e zone beach molto molto belle. Il personale gentile e disponibile, la nostra stanza era una suite con piscina privata molto bella. Una grossa pecca però non mi fa venire voglia di tornare: la pulizia delle camere. Una vera e propria pecca, al nostro arrivo la camera era ancora sporca, capelli e polvere, ragnatele alle finestre e in zone che non venivano spolverate da parecchio tempo. È impensabile una pulizia così scarsa in una camera di quello che dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle. In più per tre volte sono dovuta andare a chiedere gli asciugamani perché mancava sempre qualcosa. La cena a buffet era abbastanza scarsa e di qualità discreta, al contrario colazione ottima e molto ricca in location sul mare molto bella. Se in questo hotel perfezionano la pulizia e alzano lo standard ha tutte le carte in regola per essere veramente ottimo. Tutte le aree comuni sono bellissime e i momenti spiaggia sono veramente belli. Ma la pulizia e l'attenzione del servizio camere deve essere drasticamente migliorata perché al momento insufficiente.
