Our stay at the Bluebell villa was nothing short of spectacular. The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and the private pool overlooking the sea was a dream. The view during sunset was absolutely magical, and the staff ensured we felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for privacy and luxury.

First of all - I do understand star ratings vary from country to country. However, there is absolutely no way this Resort is 5* ……. 2.5* is more realistic We arrived late evening- We had arranged private transfer through the hotel using What’s App -driver was waiting in arrivals hall for us - he was polite and helped us with our bags - all went well. RECEPTION Check-In First impression of reception was not great. Broken woodwork around the entrance…..lots of weeds in garden area Reception area is basic Maria was friendly and checked us in swiftly. Found it very strange that no details of car hire/trips were available for perusal Staff appeared quite embarrassed to say only Manager deals with this. We did arrange car hire through manager - all went well - car although not new was acceptable. Car hire staff polite & friendly Check-out We asked for print out of our bill the day before - checked and all fine. When went to pay on departure- said bill was €38 more. On checking receipts an extra one had been slipped in dated early into our stay and had been signed Joe Bloggs!! RESTAURANT We were advised to head up to Noya Restaurant for food as last orders were 11pm and Restaurant & Bar area closed at 11:30pm we were the only guests in the restaurant ….. we didn’t order a lot of food. The restaurant has an unfortunate layout as it has 6/7 steps leading down into the seating area. The waiters stood at top of the steps ….. felt very much like “Big Brother” was watching us!! We attended restaurant the nxt morning - quite busy - was lovely and bright. Tables well set out and breakfast was presented well. Great choice on menu. The nxt time we attended for breakfast - we were sat close to a couple who were having an issue with cracked tea/coffee pot- we witnessed the waiter lick his finger to check if it was indeed a crack. The waiter did not appear to appreciate the severity/possible outcome of cracked pot. I think this has been reviewed under the name David. Suddenly & swiftly we were told this area of restaurant was for “The Suites” we were asked to move to other side of restaurant for “The Villas” All very strange as same menu. We were sat alone in “The Villas” side When we went to order our coffee & fruit juice we were told this was not included in “The Villas” side even altho menu was identical……… weird!! We had dinner in NOYA 5 times and found the food good. Service however was erratic!! Appeared to lack any kind of leadership. Always 5/6 staff on but usually chaotic There was always a problem with which menu we were presented with Suites as I understand are Half Board with a choice from reduced menu Villas are Al La Carte You would think in this day in age they would have a system to know the difference - be it manual or digital Suites were served water in a jug Villas had to pay for bottled water. Some waiters appeared to be in training and made a good few silly errors - on one occasion pouring wine
