Una meravigliosa scoperta , in pienissimo centro storico , curato nei dettagli . Noi avevamo la suite cipria miniappartamento con una stanza da bagno da favola con doccia e vasca . Bellissima struttura davvero “antiche mura “. Consigliatissima . Peccato non poter condividere i video della stanza . Proprietaria davvero gentilissima

這家酒店確實需要在各方面進行整容!從裝飾到熱情好客的水平。過時且幾乎骯髒的地方几乎無法管理,因爲我們在深夜很晚才進來,早上很早就退房。他們像桑拿房一樣把整個地方熱了。房間裏所有的古怪裝飾也讓我們有點毛骨然。如果不是因爲地理位置優越,我們就不會選擇這個地方!位置:優越的地理位置,距離火車站步行可達,以及所有關鍵景點。餐飲:沒有機會檢查他們提供什麼,無法評論房間:我們住在一個叫rossini的房間,所以這個評論就是基於這個;視圖:隨機的街道視圖;大小:非常寬敞的房間;空調:幾乎不能使用,不得不整晚開着窗戶!牀:舒適的牀,扮演了預期的角色,讓我入睡;浴室:淋浴;洗漱用品:隨意的化妝品,所以請自備。設施:現場沒有健身房或游泳池。服務:感謝上帝,我們得到了晚上管理前台的可愛的女士的接待。除了她之外,我們在這裏與她接觸的每個人似乎都對提供熱情的款待有問題!當然不是那些性格開朗的人!你將會多麼有線:免費Wi-Fi,在酒店裏到處都運行良好。大等離子電視屏幕上播放了幾十個頻道,包括體育、新聞、音樂、電影和多種語言的娛樂節目,還連接到像亞馬遜的Netflix這樣的智能電視應用!

Sinceramente per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molto di più. Lati positivi: Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico, self check in con indicazioni precise. Lati negativi:La camera il ponte è datata, necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento totale, ma comunque per renderla minimamente presentabile basterebbero delle piccole accortezze. Il tubo della doccia perde, il copri water non si riesce a chiudere, la porta d'ingresso si chiude a malapena, i materassi sono scomodissimi e le lenzuola bucate. Con il prezzo che si paga ritengo inaccettabili certe mancanze. La colazione è appena accettabile e non si discosta molto da quella che si farebbe in un normale bar. La parte salata è composta da formaggio e prosciutto delle buste. Nelle indicazioni trovate in stanza viene addirittura prospettato un pagamento supplementare di 10EURO se si ha bisogno di un asciugamano in più.

I stayed in the sweet which was extremely nice. I’d give it 5 stars but there were two tiny things wrong with it. 5 stars implies perfect, so while this is nearly perfect, it wasn’t quite there. The first thing was the shower door. I had to manhandle it for it to close. It should not have to be that difficult to close. The second thing was there was a hairball that appeared on the floor of the bathroom. I have relatively short hair so I know it wasn’t mine. Otherwise, my room was extremely nice. It was absurd how nice it was. If it werent for those two tiny things it would’ve been 5 stars for sure. If there was a way to do 4.9 stars I’d do that. The breakfast was also really really good. Overall I had a really good experience.

Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO. Lo farò presente anche nella mia azienda per evitare di far pernottare noi dipendenti li. 不幸的是,這個。評價不能真實,因爲必須放置面,但我付了,但沒有得到,因爲酒店已經拿到100%的取消罰款,儘管我已經證明了取消的原因由結構發佈的干預單,以致爲各種健康問題拒絕。我沒有要求全部退款,但至少我可以拿出60%的罰款,因此,顧客也很滿意。不幸無所事事。 心

A wonderful little Inn near quaint Arezzo (12 min by car) with spacious rooms and a lovely garden in a quiet area but well connected to the principal roads. Very attentive staff. Cecilia (I hope I spelt it correctly) was the one hosting us and she was amazingly kind. We loved the whole area and would like to come back and explore more. Comfortable bed, big shower with good pressure, good WiFi. Montepulciano, Siena are only an hour away through gorgeous scenery. Don’t miss the impressive project Mosaic of Andreina just two minutes away from The Monna Lisa resort.

I travel quite a lot and can compare the services in this Arezzo 4 star hotel and others in the country: the plus: - futuristic and pure look and decoration. - a warm welcoming and helpfull staff available all the time. - a lot of Tesla superchargers the minus: - lots of stuff missing in the room to be rated as a four star : no slippers, no coffee or tea set, no vanity set in the bath room ( barely a single soap..), en empty minibar, no paper and pencils to take notes, no handkerchief , old and dirty carpet, a TV with less than 15 channels and only one in french and one in english, The breakfast is minimal and for 35€ you expect much more variety and quality food. And yesterday a diesel power generator ran all night, the people in the next room had a dog ( they accept animals in this hotel??) barking all night long. I attach pictures to illustrate all of this.
