Great hotel, great location! This hotel was very good for the price, we went there for a baseball tournament where some hotels were easily double what we paid. Check In was smooth, front desk lady was very nice. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had since before the pandemic, great options for my wife & 3 boys. Our room was spacious, we went with a king bed with a sofa sleeper suite. Only thing that was wrong with our room is that the AC didn’t work well at all, we kept the AC constantly on 63 & it never got below 68. I did not let the front desk know so I’m not aware if they would have tried to fix it, if the AC worked well this was easily a 5 star review. I gave it 4.5 due to that. I would recommend this hotel to anybody & for sure stay here again.

The tub was very slippery and nearly fell. No ADA accommodations were available for the bathroom that I requested prior to the stay.

Everything very nice and we did enjoy staying here, it was very close to everything we needed. Everyone there were friendly. Thank you.

I booked a suite, prebooked 3 weeks in advance and paid in full. When we arrived at the room someone had changed my room to a standard room without handicap access. The manager tried to get us moved to a different room but unfortunately were completely booked out so i didn't get the room i paid for. I ended up having to call ******* in order to get a partial refund but it didn't solve the issue of no handicap restroom facilites available for me.. the room was very clean, staff was super friendly, however the bed was extremely soft so we both ended up hurting alot and little sleep, over soft, and the pillows were very very flat.

I was charged double for the room and a 25 dollar hold also. Was never informed of the charges. Also asked for a late checkout and was asked before the time we requested if we wanted to pay for an extended stay. We only asked for an extra hour. When i called the hotel to ask questions about the charges the lady hung up on me before i was done. Not professional atvall.

Excellent pool and hot tub, free laundry machines, and nice rooms. Great stay and friendly staff!!
