The Cliff House combines an exceptional hotel with an amazing diner experience, either at the bar or at the Michelin star restaurant. It is a perfect destination for celebrating a special event. Special mention to all staff members at the reception, bar, restaurant, spa and everyone behind the scene for making this moment so special.

Awful experience at this so called 5 star hotel. The only good thing I can say about it is that the view is beautiful but boy are you paying dearly for that view. The service was by far the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel I have visited, had to wait 20 mins to be seated for breakfast and then another 25 mins for our order to be taken. They forgot to bring the tea and toast, it was a disaster. The heat in the hotel is excruciating, no air conditioning throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious but the furnishings are dirty and stained. Cigarette butts on the terrace. Spa was the biggest disappointment. The water was freezing, the place wasn’t clean. Stray hairs all over the dressing room floor, just needs a really good cleaning. I found the staff to be very rude especially the breakfast staff. Overall, don’t waste your money going here. It’s overpriced and overrated and simply not up to 5 star standards.
