Property is newly remodled which was nice. Updated rooms. Breakfast was ehh..ok. not happy with paying $10 per day for parking while I am a guest. Area is right off freeway. Not a good part of town. No food or bar in walking distance. Hotel itself was clean if you just want a place to sleep for the night.

They are having renovations. Hence the noise. But overall. The property will look great once it is all done. Suggestion: 1. Please have options for non-dairy milk for breakfast such as oatmilk or almond milk. 2. Please have a water dispenser. 3. Just wondering why we have to pay for our parking? Other than that, staff is really amazing and attentive.

The front desk was helpful in providing the situation at the hotel as is being renovated and the first room they put us in the curtain was heavy plastic and mold all over the bottom of the curtain so they Moved us into a new room and later on I found out that the air conditioning/ heater on the wall did not work so I know that it was being renovated there but most of the new holiday Inn express Hotel‘s of the wall unit now and I still had to use the floor unit and it was loud As I said before he was accommodating but it was overall a fair experience it was close to where we needed to be or appointment. I believe Holiday express hotel should change their lighting as it’s just very cold not warm in the room

We didn’t figure out how to use the heater until this morning so we were pretty cold all night but too tired to care. Totally our fault but make sure to switch the unit from AC to heat by the window. Clean room. Staff very friendly. Would stay again :)

The room I was given was filthy. When I stay at hotels I disinfect everything. The lamp on the desk was so dusty it turned my wipe black! The conditioner container was empty. And the refrigerator made a very loud humming noise where I had to get up and unplug it. Then the breakfast was a joke. The pancake maker was down. They want everyone to share the same gallon of milk yuck. The coffee tasted like it was from the day before. Just gross. Not to mention all the noise from some party downstairs.

I did not stay at this property, and am disputing the charge as ******* will not credit without approval of the property. As the consumer, customer service was not helpful as I also was directed to call the property and ask for refund which was not possible because the original charge was from *******. not a fun experience, it is not yet resolved

This hotel had no working water upon arrival! No water in the entire hotel for over an hour when we arrived. The bathroom downstairs was an “all gender” bathroom because the other one was closed for maintenance. The entire hotel was under construction and we were not aware when we booked this hotel. There was an open plugged in saw left out in the lobby with no one around. Our kids could have sliced off their fingers! I have never been so upset about staying in a hotel. They need to advertise that this hotel is under co structure. They should be completely shut down during this maintenance, it is so dangerous, someone could get extremely hurt!

Great hotel. Only reason for reduced rating was because lobby area currently under construction (remodeling). Breakfast and such still available, and could use pool next door. Understandable due to remodeling… still had a great experience. Oh, room was perfectly fine - very nice.

My family left one night earlier than check out due to the dust and noise from construction. Not a restful place to stay.
