We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like. This was my third stay at this luxurious building overlooking the northern part of Lake Garda. Superb staff throughout the hotel, food was outstanding as well as the pleasant service in the restaurant. Indoor swimming pool and sauna are one of the best I have used. I will definitely revisit.

Amazing hotel. From before we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. When we did arrive we were given a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, the spa and the outside pool. Everywhere was clean and well maintained and the restaurant was lovely. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would love to return there myself.

Stayed at Luise 5 nights. Brilliant location. Short 5min stroll to the Lake and beach area via lovely park opposite hotel and a further few mins dander you're in the heart of RIVA. We stayed in Map Room with balcony 3rd floor with breathtaking views of those mountains WoW! Room well appointed, bed very comfortable. Total sound proofing to all glazing. Breakfast amazing 👏 We also ate 2 eves in restaurant because both the food and table service were perfect. Everywhere is spotlessly clean! Surprise complimentary acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary really touched us. The hotel team at Luise are special people. Thank you All!

出了酒店後門就是Garda湖，可以游泳可以帆板，酒店內還有帆板學校。早餐在歐洲以內還算豐富，服務也符合意大利北部的高水準。新樓和舊樓的房間風格差別很大。酒店像一個大公園，各種植物景觀設計都不錯。唯一困擾的是酒店允許攜帶寵物，有很多人都是帶着狗入住，會有狗狗到處小便的現象，個人雖也愛狗，但也會對酒店室內及戶外的衛生有些擔憂……
