Excellent ,high quality hotel on the beach, big , clean room with nice view , excellent, big spa and modern gym , high quality breakfast and dinner Receptionist Omar great service I would highly recommend this hotel

On arrival I was welcomed at check in, the man suggested if I would prefer a double to my twin room what I booked by mistake, so I had a double room.. this was really helpful and nice so thank you to Noor safi on reception. The room itself was clean, good size and an amazing view over the sea. The pool on the top was also nice and the views amazing. One slight negative was the taps in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and good but the taps are motion censored what I gess is good for saving water but at times annoying. However this wouldn't impact on me staying here again. A really good hotel, good location , good staff and good rooms. Thanks again for Noor safi on reception who also printed my plane tickets when stressed! A Must stay

酒店環境很Nice，房間很大，早餐很豐富，各方面都超棒的酒店，值得推薦

我們2024年10月11日入住,在cund 7,b12和grand hayatt之間根本沒有組織。我們直到下午4:30(關閉時間1:30之前)才能進入任何海灘或游泳池,因爲上述各方之間沒有溝通,因爲我們不允許進入,儘管我們有入場券(一些原因)我們只是男人,只有情侶才允許)。而且,當我們進入所有的海灘和游泳池時,都是男人!所以居民之間的規則不公平。晚上我們決定去酒吧街的酒吧。他們告訴我們,我們不允許進入,因爲我們沒有夫婦或預訂。我們聯繫他們預訂他們聲稱他們已經滿了,但他們仍然進入夫婦。更進一步,我們看到有人在和保說話,他允許他們進入。我們向前台投訴,他們給我們的唯一解決方案是,他們提供了第二天下午2點延遲退房。可怕的居民,糟糕的工作人員和糟糕的服務。這是我在這家酒店的第二次經歷,絕對是最後一次。我們支付了450美元一晚的金額,沒有使用設施。這筆金額只支付了睡眠!!!我根本不推薦這家酒店。我在Movenpick酒店和洲際酒店以及Manara的經歷要好得多。至少與雲7中面臨的壓力相比,我在那裏可以放鬆

很漂亮的酒店離市中心很近,但沒什麼好做的。 酒店是一座和平大,你被掉了,你穿上了你所想的衣服,這不一定是外面的。 私人海灘很小,其他酒店不太好(牆界限酒店) 小區,因爲所有船隻都靠近。 5* 子是中等的 否則一切就不夠了 小餐廳的自助餐廳很大,多樣。但是餐廳比較便宜,不優質的城市中心。應該像早晨一樣自我創建餐廳。

一到酒店門口有人主動拿行李 遞上檸檬茶 卧室有個燈不亮了 維修人員很快就來了 修好后地上有土 主動詢問是否需要保潔清理 在小道上照相的時候工作人員主動躲到門後面 這些細節讓人感覺很貼心 自助早餐的餐廳很大很豐盛

The one star is for breakfast, the best I had touring around Jordan but that’s where the good stops, glad I was only here for one night. The corridors and rooms stank of stale smoke, the room along the corridor puffing away to add to it - what happened to no smoking? The room itself was in permanent darkness due to window facing directly on to a black wall with plastic leaves; not a shred of daylight to be seen though they did choose to put electric lights on the wall to light up your room at night - whose bright idea was that? Noisy due to children running up and down the corridors screaming, altogether thoroughly unpleasant.
