Didn't like: 1. check in -- didn't like the small luggage carts with no ability to hang clothes. There was a place to hang clothes on the handle but when we tried it our clothes got tangled in the wheels. 2. The soap, shampoo, conditioner in the shower were basically anonymous. The print is almost the same shade as the background on the bottles. Try taking a shower in your facility. 3. The faucet in the sink is poorly designed. It doesn't project far enough into the bowl of the sink. Water splashes everywhere when you try to use it. 4. MOST ANNOYING-- I heard the woman in the coffee shop tell a customer that guests are entitled to one free coffee. However, she charged my husband $4.22 for the coffee. She said we could get it taken off our bill at checkout but there was no one at the front desk. After waiting several minutes, we could not wait any longer and had to leave. We deserve at least our $4.22 back. 5. We recommend that you try spending a night at your own hotel, and then tell us why we would want to return.

Great location with a nice walking trail right next to the hotel on the river. Very safe location

Lovely place to stay We stayed only one night and had a very pleasant stay. They could use some updated luggage carts as the ones available had no turning radius. Not a problem as we didn't have a large amount of luggage.

The staff is very helpful we had a problem connecting to the Internet and they were more than happy to help resolve our issue

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The premises are excellent. However road access to the property is very complicated due to roundabouts on the main road. Driving is difficult at night time
