올인익스클루시브로 예약했는데 저녁은 코스요리 점심 아침은 뷔페식으로 누릴수잇어서 너무좋았고 놀이기구와 수영장 무료 라 너무좋았습니다.

Alors l’hôtel très bien, seul hic la réservation, j’ai réservé avec trip avec jacuzzi privé, et arrivé sur place à l’hôtel il avait pas de réservation avec jacuzzi mais chambre basique uniquement. J’ai vu la réservation a l’hôtel donc l’erreur viens de trip. Il m’ont remboursé que 293 euros alors que les chambres sans jacuzzi était au moins de 500 euros de moins.. Vraiment déçu, je ne pense pas re réservé sur trip. Mais l’hôtel était formidable!!

Eine rundum tolle Anlage. Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Essen vielfälltig und für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten "All inclusiv" und konnten auch an fünf abenden in den la carte Restaurant essen. Es wird auf Allergien eingegangen. Es gibt jeden Abrnd ein Program. Wer möchte, kann auch direkt ans Stand.

1300$ for a 290 square foot room, smelly, worse than a 2 star hotel , no bathrobe, no luggage stand, grey ripped towels. We get the all inclusive but dont get fooled....is not we got charge for wine . The food is bad and the resort is in the middle of nowhere....very boring stay(one day) Maybe a 3 star hotel with no beach just a pool. Bigest booking mistake I ever did.

Everything is exactly as you expect! All of the staff we have interacted with have been the most caring and attentive people I have ever met, especially at the Makuti bar day in day out they even recommended us some films to watch. The pictures of the place you see are exactly what you get. If you are like us and do not often experience people waiting on you hand and foot it’s a surreal experience but something that makes the trip So amazing. The dining experience - just WOW! Food I have never tasted to be so amazing! Always have the lamb medium rare you won’t regret it. Welcome drinks on arrival and they let you enjoy everything how you want to not how they expect you too. I can’t thank everyone enough for my stay it’s been something I’ll never forget and nothing will live up to this. If you have the chance to come - you won’t regret it!!

Disappointed We booked Stella Island for four nights our honeymoon thinking it was going to be the best luxury holiday of our life. Unfortunately it fell short of our expectations. The Negative: Service was extremely slow, majority of food was luke warm, the staff did not understand much English, which we are so fine with, we're in Greece after all - however, the communication was very bad, this made for a tough time getting what we asked for - our servers/bartenders forgot our drink order on several different occasions, or gave us the wrong thing... we would often be served a different dish to what we asked for or a dish without half of the ingredients listed on the menu. Whenever we had a question, even the most simple and standard, it was a big ordeal and barrier to get through. Housekeeping would forget to top up our body wash, and coffee, etc - basically housekeeping stuff. When we called reception to politely ask for a top up of these things, they said a housekeeper/room service wold be right over to replenish.... but they never came. We were quite shocked at how the basics were overlooked here. The positive: The Facilities itself were stunning - we were so happy with the surroundings - the room, the pools, the trees... everything was very aesthetic to look at! The staff were very friendly, we just found it strange that the above things were too much ask....
