This carriage house apartment is located in a very quiet residential area of York Harbor. It is very comfortably furnished with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft suitable for younger more agile guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer too. There is a spectacular view of the ocean from either the living room or from the spacious deck. It is just steps away from the water. Watch the sunrise over the horizon interrupted only by the silhouette of the famed Boon Island Light seven miles off shore. The Nubble Light is to the north and its flashing beacon is mesmerizing after dark. If there is a foggy day you may hear the distant fog horns from up to three lighthouses.
