The Apartment is situated on the Fremont River, between the beautiful Boulder Mountains & The Thousand Lakes Mountains. Both mountains are 11,300 Ft in elevation and offer many outdoor activities, such as photography, Hiking, fishing, atv riding, and much much more.Torrey is about 7,000 ft in elevation and has cool nights and comfortable days.The covered outdoor dining area is equipped with a full sized gas BBQ grill, and charcoal BBQ grill, and a table and chairs.sofaAdjoining this is a large patio where you can watch deer, red foxes, and beaver storing food for the winter, and there is a variety of waterfowl.Inside the living room are 7 large windows to enjoy the River and Mountain views.For sleeping there is a queen bed and a hide a bed sofa that can sleep up to 2 people.The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, fresh mountain spring water, and all the utensils to cook a delicious meal.The Library has WIFI and books on hiking and activities in the area.Torrey is designated a Dark Sky city, the stars are amazing and with no close neighbors, you will experience Quiet and Privacy!Please Enjoy!! Eco friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available at the dwelling. We use recycled or bamboo paper products and vegan, organic cleaning products and hypo allergenic linens wherever possible.The laundry room has organic detergent and stain remover for several loads of laundry. You will find yourself well cared for in this clean and comfortable in this dwelling.There is a desk and a designated workspace. There are books, puzzles and games for entertainment. Netflix and Hulu are available for streaming on the smart TV. We do not have any cable or TV channels. Temperature is regulated with a forced air furnace and window AC unit. This property has 4 additional apartments in it. All dwellings are completely private and there is a shared back yard, and seasonal game room.There is a Pyreneese/Poodle Mix named Penny that hangs out in the backyard sometimes. There is a cozy second bedroom and an open area with a trundle couch bed for the kids or additional seating for working.The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. The washer and dryer are located between two dwellings. With a locked door only you can access.When you arrive you will go to the apartment on the West side of the building labeled #1. There will be a keyless entry to let yourself in and we will supply you with the entry code upon booking 2 days before your check-in date. Park anywhere around the building. There are no steps to climb for easy entry with ample free parking. Note that there is an apartment directly above and next to you with shared walls and a beautiful large fenced in backyard which you have direct access to out the back door with a private mud room perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment or winter coats.The trundle bed is not made up for sleeping but there are linens available for you. Children are most comfortable on the trundles beds.
