A full-size futon couch accommodates extra friends or kids. Plenty of appliances for cooking. Movies, books and streaming TV services for rainy days or evenings in. Our homey, comfortable apartment overlooks a lush perennial garden in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walk to Main Street or the waterfront in less than 10 minutes.This space has a private entrance. There's wi-fi and live TV channels via YouTubeTV, plus plenty of additional streaming apps for guests to log into. Kitchen is equipped with small refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Control the temperature with a heat pump that provides warmth in the winter and A/C in the summer.You're welcome to enjoy the backyard and garden area as well.
