No washer or dryer use.The studio’s central climate control adjusted as part of the whole house upstairs. You will have the entire upper floor to yourselves with a separate, private entrance and self check-in.This is an 1862 historic home that has been rehabilitated in the 90's. This home was originally used as boarding & warehouse space in the late 1800s to 1900s and eventually left abandoned. It was later brought back to life by a local architect group.
