You know you want one! This is a 2bdrm/1 bath upstairs apartment. The unit has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. There are 2 cameras at the front door (Ring and Amcrest). These are to protect our property and NOT to spy on our guests! Entire upstairs apartment. I can be reached by phone anytime except between 10pm and 7am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood located in the 1st Ward. You will need a car to get around. You can park in the driveway when the owner isn’t using the downstairs unit. There are 2 outdoor cameras at the front door. Do not block or obscure the cameras.
