前台提供了一間已有人入住的房間，深夜23:00我們辦完入住打開房門已有一位中年男士在床上入睡，那位男士受到了驚嚇並且十分生氣，同樣的，我們也非常的驚嚇並且感覺十分尷尬。對於這樣的誤會，前台僅向該男士表達了歉意，並未對我們道歉。 更換房間後，我們的雙床房被換成了大床房。酒店並未對此作出解釋，由於夜深，我們放棄了換床休息了。 房間內有黴味，和一瓶喝完的礦泉水瓶，並沒有打掃乾淨。早餐時餐廳有很多蒼蠅亂飛。 對於此次住宿經歷，我感到十分不滿。

We expected better Positives - the staff was very friendly and helpful - nice pool area - good centrally located hotel close to the beach and many restaurants and stores - breakfast was good and had a wide variety of foods - will help with arranging rides or excursions Negatives- rooms are extremely dated and very small. The hotel badly needs to be updated - rooms are poorly insulated so you hear everything in the hallways making it difficult to sleep - the AC does not work well and leads to uncomfortable sleeping conditions - food and drink for lunch/ dinner are grossly overpriced. You are better off going to anywhere else in the area - pool chairs and cushions are gross and need to be changed

The location is perfect. Short walking distance from the main areas in Stonetown. The pool is lovely and the breakfast rooftop view was really nice in the morning. The only downside: i upgraded us to a suit and it was a mistake. There was only an old bathtub and it was really gross. The normal rooms would have been much better to stay in, so don’t upgrade. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

The food was nice and distant from the airport was a good thing as our flight arrived a little after midnight. The staff were very hospitable and courteous.

酒店在離石頭城很近，不過在小巷子裏，相對不太好找，路邊有路標，需要仔細留意。早餐餐廳在頂樓，視野還不錯，能夠看到海。

房間很好也很乾凈。服務相當可以，很主動。環境一級棒。附近300米還有桑島唯一一箇中餐廳，性價比很高。值得推薦。但是酒店推薦的出海看海豚和監獄島比較貴，有條件還是外面找。

If you are looking to stay in Stone Town, this location is ideal. My room was large with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast was filling. Also close to the port. I had a problem with the morning call to prayer at 4:40 AM. The WiFi is horrible. In the six days I was there, it worked for less than an hour. To be consisted, I had to remove one star. I did not like the hidden charge on my arrival. Also the roof leaked in heavy storms. I hope this review helps.

碰巧住到了queen主唱Freddie mercury的故居裏，真的是太神奇的一個體驗。酒店外觀不錯，但是內部設施一般，床和枕頭都不算舒適，早餐口味也一般，勝在地理位置好和這次奇妙的名人故居體驗。
