本人位28樓景觀冇敵，地方便利，走路五分鐘到金界，地面保安嚴密，值得一讚，但小配套設施有些缺陷泳池桑拿房聚集閒置人員，令本人只看一眼，房間內浴屏破選令污水橫流， 房內時鐘永遠是10善10分，就會連電視也要清請工作人員到房調教叁次之多也未能收看中文台？電視柜下也沒有清理之前貴客的物件，房內有一盞燈不停閃礫？硬件配套優越，但在打分上可以減去小小管理層監管 的不足，可能本人是吹毛求疵，但本人再來金邊也會入住，望能改善。

This is a fantastic hotel with a recent soft opening, I was able to stay here for three nights and had a superb experience. The spa was world class. It had a fantastic infinity pool, I had multiple meals in the poolside restaurant that were outstanding in the five star category. I had some special arrangements for dance classes from Sarah, who was wonderfully responsive to all inquiries and special requests. The value is outstanding, and this is on its way to be the best hotel in Phnom Penh.

這家是小弟金邊必定入住的酒店。已入住多次了，好處再要在這多講幾次，位處金邊市旺區莫利旺大道及中央市場，找吃喝的很方便。鄰近中巴及汽車站，乘公交到外省亦很方便。 說到他們的服務就真的不得了！可以讓客户早上10:00入住，下午2:00才退房！另外晚上還提供免費夜宵，十分貼心！

酒店的地理位置很好👍，周圍餐廳酒吧超市什麼都有的，就是早餐稍微有點單調！酒店房間也有些小的！

15年左右開的加州大酒店Q，在機場附近天花板的 存在，房間智能設施，高水平的自助早餐，露台泳池和酒吧，非常喜歡，後來疫情期間，關門了，疫情後發現它又重新開業了，設施還是很好，服務人員態度也不錯，早餐稍微差了點，不過真的很方便，下了飛機直接走過馬路就可以了，好評

離金邊機場不算很遠，嘟嘟車大概十多分鐘就到，位置在一個小巷子還要拐彎，司機差點以為走錯了。 房間大小適中，還有個陽台，衞生情況不錯。如果寫字桌大一點，再有個冰箱就更好了。 訂房時沒有早餐選項，一樓門外有個中餐廳，趕時間沒吃。 入住要20美元按金，退房後退還。

With regards to *********** reference 432913xxxx, the front desk person wanted to ask for extra money. He said he is the OWNER of the hotel, and he has decided to cancel my booking when I refuse to tip him extra. Another lady customer was checking in, the front desk gentleman skipped all formalities and took cash and put into his wallet straight away. I was shocked. Still, he proudly declared, while violating the lady’s privacy. “All these working women stay here. They know me I know them” as if to validate his claim of being the owner of Sunshine hotel. I think he is pulling a SCAM behind the management for his own benefit - cash taking, no receipts. He finally leaped forward to attack me, trying to snatch my phone. His violence was shocking, I wanted to call police but I don’t think it is worth it.

酒店位置在獨立廣場附近，出行去景點很方便。酒店房間很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。房間內的衞生間乾濕分離，佈局合理，衞生間很大。

We love this place. Staff is great, everything is very clean, WIFI and air-conditioner are excellent. We will definitely visit again. Hotel Interior and Rooms Are very Good but the Security Staff is good. Very nice and comfortable rooms with a good location near train station.
