That gives this apartment the unique mixture of bourgeoisie flavor and vineyard taste with high ceiling rooms in the sleeping area and visible wooden supports in the living area. The majestic fireplace and the integrated library give the living room, partially dug into the rock, its final cozy touch. The fully equipped kitchen is built in Provence style and overlooks the terrace. The luminous veranda overlooks the terrace and the vineyards. On the ground floor we further find a large double bed room with the main bathroom including a bath, a shower and a Wc, completely renovated, giving birth to a beautiful stonewall as in ancient times. Near the kitchen we have a shower room with the washing machine. On the first floor we have another double bed room and two further rooms with each two single beds, as well as a second Wc. The place hosting the well-equipped kitchen is the oldest unit of the farmhouse and very charming. All walls of the apartment are painted in the tradition with warm colors and all furniture is painted in the Provence style. Fabrics are from “les Olivades”, a very famous Provençal factory from Tarascon. The large living/dining room with a table for 6 people is the masterpiece of Marius with its panoramic view and its large fireplace. There are three sleeping rooms of which two preserved the proportions of the ancient times (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and one is mansard-roofed (can be use with a double or two single beds). There are two private terraces: one lies at the shade of a typical Provençal pergola furnished with a wrought iron table for 6 persons. The wooden structure of the roof has been kept visible just like the stone build wall. The renovated well-equipped kitchen has a very nice view on the vineyards. In the sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with Wc, one with two bunk beds), the simplicity of the ancient times goes well together with the vividly colored fabrics. One of the sleeping rooms has direct access to the private 25 sqm patio-terrace where the plancha-fans will be delighted by the perfectly working installations. The fully equipped open kitchen has been elegantly integrated into the living room. The wooden structure of the roof has been kept visible just like the stone build wall.
