Dapet kamar di lantai 2, lantai berdebu banget, sprei debu dan bercak hitam kotor, ac ga dingin sama sekali, wastafel mampet.
Supposed kamar di cek sebelum tamu dateng. Udh check in br dtg tukang ac isi freon ama benerin wastafel mampet, sprei dan handuk baru diganti yg bersih. End up 2 bungkus gede tissue basah dipake buat ngelap lantai berdebunya. Dengan harga yg mahal tp facility dan service yg didapatkan mengecewakan. Breakfast jg totally not recommended, jd mesen dan bayar indomie. Dan ini not only happend di kamar saya, kamar mertua dan ipar jg dpt issue yg sama, br isi freon setelah tamu check in.

Fasilitas kamar dan harga tidak sesuai, kolam renang yg jaga tidak waspada. Hanya fokus ke rental alat renang. TV setelah dimatikan susah nyala kembali (channel lost signal) checkin 13:30 mereka bilang blm siap kamarnya. Cm beda 30 menit dari jam checkin.

Shower is really bad - unable to control water temperature because both taps are hot water.
Room is dirty - after laying down on their bed, body feels itchy and rashes are formed
Breakfast don't taste really good - had to eat toast bread and only have left 3 pieces
No proper storage and cleanliness for storing water - water ia store in cups that are not covered at all

The room is dirty. Bed is dirty. Look like the hotel staffs seldom clean them or because lack of staffs.. Too expensive for such poor facilities and services especially on weekends.
