1 word : amazing ! We did not book in this B&B but fortunatelly for us the other hotel made a mistake and then we were lucky to be able to spend 1 night at the Old Beech. The owner is very nice, the house is wonderful, the breakfast is delicious. Everything is perfect. If you can do not hesitate 1 second Thanks a lot !

Een prachtige b&b in een indrukwekkend pand op wandelafstand van het centrum van Antwerpen (en voor wie niet wil/kan wandelen is prima openbaar vervoer nabij). De luxe komt tot uitdrukking in de ruime super schone suites, het heerlijke comfortabele bed met zacht beddengoed, zachte en dikke handdoeken, heerlijke badjassen (en zo nodig badslippers), koffie- en theevoorzieningen, minibar, als welkom een mooie fles rode wijn, en last but not least: een aangename temperatuur (ondanks winterse kou buiten). Na een heerlijke rustige nacht wacht een meer dan fantastisch, zeer uitgebreid, ontbijt met de mooiste producten. Veel dank aan de charmante, allervriendelijkste en hartelijke gastvrouw Martine. We hebben genoten!

It’s a delightful experience to stay at The Old Beech. Inez welcomed us with a house tour, a chilled bottle of white wine, and recommendations for a pleasant itinerary. It’s not really a “house,” it’s a mansion. We really enjoyed the Deluxe King Studio; it felt private, expansive, plush, and luxurious. The renovation of the property is stellar with a masterful use of artistic creativity thrown in. It has an amazing staircase and elevator (if needed) with exquisitely detailed architecture throughout. The breakfast was similarly outstanding - they owned restaurants and know how to source quality ingredients and present them perfectly. We also enjoyed the neighborhood (the excellent Baker Tov restaurant is just a five minute walk) and would put this at the top of our list of places to stay again while visiting Antwerpen.
