Slechte service en hygiene. TV defect (schijnt al tijden zo te zijn) en na melding komt er geen actie. We hebben deze suites een aantal jaren geleden geboekt, toen was alles perfect. Nu is het een puinhoop. Zonde, heeft zoveel kansen deze plek. NOOIT MEER BOEKEN !!!

We stayed at Raphael Suites for the second time in a couple of years. Even though we like the location, very central, and the atmosphere/design of the apartments, we did not have a good experience with the service. There was a constant humming from within the shaft in the room. Also the remote for the TV was missing. I reported it immediately yet needed to remind I hadn’t heard anything from the technical department. The humming’s really annoying specifically during the night and we were staying three nights.

First impressions of the Raphael Suites were good. Good communication in the run up to our stay, helpful suggestions of storing luggage (as there is no reception area or anywhere to store luggage before the 4pm check in time). The location is good. Close to shops and restaurants and on entering the suites (we had the one on the first floor so not too many stairs to climb) it looked good. However..... it was some little touches that were disappointing. There was a soap dispenser in the kitchen and shower gel in the shower - these were empty. The overhead shower worked OK but the hand held attachment did not as the knob was missing from the fittings rendering it useless. However the most annoying element was that the towels (at least one bath towel) were filthy. We raised this via the messaging system and were told it would be sorted out urgently. At the time of leaving it wasn't - and that was several days later. I realise these may not seem like big issues but the accommodation isn't cheap and these types of situation leave a bitter taste overall.

Reageren niet op mail of app! Online checkin link werkte niet, kregen pas na tig keer mail en uiteindelijk bellen de sleutelcode last minute. Geen enkele respons op verzoek early check in , ook niet na telefonische toezegging dat dit in de ochtend opgepakt zou worden. Slecht Engels sprekend personeel. Onze terrasdeur bleek kapot en zou gemaakt worden, geen enkele reactie op apps, we hebben de nacht met open deur moeten doorbrengen, inbrekers konden zo doorlopen!! Echt een smet op verder prachtige plek

Suite 7 op de bovenste etage was aan mij toebedeeld. Een mooie, ruime kamer met en suite badkamer. Modern ingericht; Er staat een bankje met stoel en salontafel, een eettafel met 4 stoelen en een heel groot bed. De keuken heeft een waterkoker en tweepits inductiefornuis. In de kastjes staan een magnetron en prullenbak. + Mooi modern ingericht + Heerlijk rustig + Schoon + Prachtig gelegen achter de Meir en met zicht op de Stadsschouwburg + Winkels, supermarkt en restaurants op slechts enkele minuten lopen - Mineraalwater wordt op de site vermeldt, dit was niet aanwezig. Tevens geen koffiepads aanwezig, evenals creamer niet. Theezakjes met suiker lagen er wel - Er wordt aangegeven dat er Etro badproducten aanwezig zijn. Dat is er niet, alleen een dispenser met douchegel. Voor een keer je haar daar mee wassen is niet erg maar de verwachting beloofde wat anders. Wil ik hier nog een keer verblijven? Zeker.

L'appartement est parfaitement située au centre d'Anvers. Le décor de l'appartement est soigné. Le contact avec le propriétaire est top, rien à dire! Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, nous n'avons même pas utilisé notre voiture.
