安特里姆Antrim Castle Gardens附近住宿

酒店很好,早餐也不錯。前兩天我們按要求做了早餐,這意味着食物很新鮮。有一天我們吃了自助早餐,有些項目不太好。工作人員都很可愛,真的很有幫助。停車場很多,位置好在交界處。我們入住期間根本沒有廚房開放,挺不方便的。

What a surprise this lovely hotel was! Within 15 minutes of Belfast International Airport. Set back from the main road, as soon as my wife and I walked in we were greeted by Kathryn (the Australian lady) and another lady who had just recently started her new job. They were both lovely, made checking in easy and immediately made us feel at home. They gave us all the information we needed. Both are a credit to the hotel. The room that we had on the ground floor was spacious and clean and the bed itself was huge and really comfortable. We loved it. And because the hotel is set back there was minimal noise during the night. I slept soundly! Breakfast in the morning (buffet style) was fantastic. So much to choose from. We will definitely return.

Excellent …..Hotel service team had a beautiful welcome for our wedding anniversary ! Well done! But that’s where it ends! Requested a nice warm table for my wife and I got put beside a table of 16 enjoying a 70th birthday…..ok but not very romantic! Got seated with menu’s and waited 16 minutes to take a drink order…water and drink came 15 minutes later!? Now 31 minutes after arrival! Food order taken! So 60 minutes after arriving our food arrived?! Food rudely added to table and when I requested Vinegar from my Fish n Chips I had no response! I requested it again when the remaining items came and it was simply slammed on the table! My wife and I come from a food service industry and understand staff pressures however several staff with a table of 16 and 6 tables of 2 doesn’t in any way evaluate the service we received! But I continue…… After 15 further minutes I managed to get the attention of a waitress to ask for some more water and a drink… which once again was rushed and a rude roll of the eyes! It eventually came 16 minutes later! So we are now 1 hour and 32 minutes into our meal… which we have been told we need to be finished in 1 hour 30’minutes! I then reached out to 3 waiting staff to clear our table and indicate for a dessert menu! A further 30 minutes went by and no one returned with menu or even to address the issue! I asked my wife was she happy to leave and we did! We proceeded to the lobby when we asked to speak to the restaurant manager! When he came he offered us a drink as an apology but didn’t really listen to the issue and ignored the fact that we had put comments regarding our special anniversary and table requirements but just blamed a big table and new bar staff… not really my issue I’m a paying guest! And I paid a lot for my executive room! Ok so our restaurant experience was now ruined as my wife is a major dessert person! Ok so went off to our room after he told us he would sort out the bill with reception!! So at our dismay! When checking out the next morning… not only was our bill not reduced but we were being charged for 2 glasses of wine which my wife and I don’t drink!!! So an another manger was called…… and really didn’t really care or show much emotion regarding the poor service of the restaurant and offered to reduce our bill by 20% which I was disgusted by but I didn’t want to embarrass my wife by properly kicking off! I was then told that the Operations/General Manager would call me late that day or over the coming days and I am still waiting! Yours dissatisfied Guest James Scott

整體都很完美，環境優美，西餐超級好吃！但是交通非常不便，跟孤島一樣衹能坐車往返機場。

在提早起飛前一晚和兩個女兒住在一起。房間很乾凈，床很舒服。簽入很快。吃了一頓飯，餐廳關門了，所以在酒吧吃點東西。食物還可以，還有一點等待。會再次離機場那麼近。

First time staying, will definitely be back ! We stayed last weekend for our wedding anniversary. Check in isn’t until 4pm but we were well aware of this in our booking. Great outside area to watch the golfers and have a few drinks. Had a visit to the Halcyon Spa and it was amazing ! Dinner was superb in the restaurant, sea bass and chowder were perfect. Breakfast was also excellent, although all self service including tea & coffee. The hotel was very busy with a couple of bus loads of tourists. Definitely be back again.

一次美妙的體驗。我們在寬敞的客房住了兩晚,設有高級浴室、舒適的牀和小額外設施,使住宿更加美好 - 瓶裝水、茶/咖啡托盤上的餅乾、巧克力等。約翰歡迎我們,查爾斯後來和我們見面,很友善地開車(和收集我們!)到附近的酒吧吃飯。早餐是一流的白色亞麻桌布,早餐時,果汁,水果選擇,酸奶和麥片,茶壺等查爾斯送了熱盤子,裏面裝滿了煮得漂亮的烏爾斯特油炸。第二天晚上,我們從附近的一家餐館點了印度外賣。查爾斯在溫室裏安排了一張桌子,我們可以在那裏吃飯,儘管有溢出的威脅,但還是用亞麻桌布!作爲住宿的地方,遠離家鄉,這個不能被打敗。謝謝大家這麼燦爛地照顧我們。
