This is our second year in a raw in this great hotel that is perfectly located and has the best staff. From day one we were met with caring and pleasant personal, and every of our request were met without a need to mention twice. I would like to point out how great Ludovic the beach manager is. He makes sure that you are always well taken care of, comfortable, and safe. He always runs around the beach checking on the guests making sure everyone gets what they request and goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you!!!!

Nous avons passé un week end en amoureux dans cet nouveau hôtel au a ouvert ses porte elle m’ois d’avril. L’expérience a été sublime, nous avions eu une très belle chambre avec terrasse et vu sur mer, l’îlot du bar et très sympa, adjacente à la plage et c’est super pratique pour se refroidir avec la chaleur. Mention particulier pour le patron de la plage, Ludovic, qui est super attentionné aux clients. Hâte d’y retourner.

Changement radical de concept. Fini restaurant de plage tranquille avec des plats variés. Que de la cuisine "méditerranéenne" empéchant de rester sur place plusieurs jours ! Obligé de sortir ou faire appel au room service. Volume du fond sonore trop fort et playlist non approprié au repos Les tarifs ont plus qu'augmenter peut être pour rentabiliser les frais engagés pour changement déco Fidèlés clients depuis des années, le changement est radical et ne correspond plus à ce que nous recherchons, calme, tranquilité et services Quel dommage !

The hotel is aesthetically appealing but we visited the beach club and pool and had a frustrating experience. The staff were the main issue. They were inattentive and rude. They asked us if we wanted to sit by the pool and we agreed, however we changed our mind and asked to move to the beach (where there were plenty of free beds) and we had to wait nearly an hour to move and had to ask multiple times before anyone helped. Then we got up to go back to the pool and were told that we were not allowed to go back to the pool - this had not been explained to us. Then a member of staff proceeded to argue with me about this and made up a lie that his manager had told my wife that this would be the case if we moved (which was untrue!) We were not able to order drinks from our sunbeds and had to go up to the bar but then were ignored for long periods of time whilst the staff were stood chatting to each other. Also, we were moving our umbrella as no one was around to help and the staff ran over and stopped us from doing this. Overall, a beautiful place but not a great experience for such a high price.

Albergo carino e in ottima location, però gli anni si sentono e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata soprattutto con architetture di interni che lo datano e non gli fanno onore. Inaccettabile la camera sporca e con odore persistente di muffa, il giardino non disinfestato dalle zanzare o il ristorante dove non si cambiano le posate tra l’antipasto e il primo. Non è una questione di stelle anche se averne tante e con tariffe superiori ai 600 euro, stride ancor di più. Avere tanta domanda e l’hotel pieno non legittima tutto ciò tanto più se si fa parte di Relais e Château. Niente da dire sul personale, disponibile e gentile.

Cèline, Ludo and the whole team, thank you very much for everything ... you are the best! Lovely stay! Au revoir

De passage sur la Côte d'Azur, nous avons découvert ce magnifique Relais et Châteaux au Cap d'Antibes. Tout fut parfait ! De l'accueil du Directeur, Monsieur Farnetti au petit déjeuner, jusqu'au service exceptionnel de Ludovic et son équipe sur la plage; sans oublier Angelo et Jules au Restaurant de la plage. Notre petite recommandation : les chambres en rez de jardin sont idéales pour la fraicheur surtout quand la chaleur est là. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, ce fut une magnifique découverte, nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons...

The location is really nice. Overlooking the sea and a perfect location for sunset watching. The food was disappointing. Truth be told, it was not good. The service was worse. There are many restaurants in Juan les pins/Antibes. I tried this one, and now you don’t have to. Steer away from it. Not worth it.
