Cet hôtel, que je fréquente depuis bientôt 4 ans, pourrait être bien si la gestion et l'entretien était sérieux. Mais ce n'est pas le cas, trop de détails, plus ou moins gênant pour les clients, ne sont pas résolus par la direction. 2 ans et demi pour réparer le robinet de la douche 202, un gaspillage d'eau qui est précieuse et maintenant, c'est le WC qui coule non-stop ! L'eau au lavabo coule avec l'eau chaude, voir bouillante, car l'eau froide n'arrive plus depuis 1 an. Pas facile à utiliser. Pas de tablette vers le lavabo, ni verres, que les anciens supports. Les rideaux ne ferment pas toute les fenêtres, donc lumière tôt le matin. Plus de tapis de lit, alors que le sol en bois est ciré, donc graisseux. La chambre 202 est spacieuse, elle était à 120'000 ariary par nuit en 2024, 150'000 début 2025, elle est maintenant à 240'000 ar, tarif doublé en moins d'une année. Le positif, assez calme, proche de l'aéroport, dans le village d'Ivato un peu animé. Literie correcte. Personnel accueillant, sympa, souvent navré envers les clients. Déconseillé aux personnes ayant de la peine à marcher, car les chambres de base sont petites et accessibles par un escalier métallique tournant situé à l'extérieur.

mezza stella sarebbe anche troppo..personale alla reception incompetente, mi hanno fatto pagare due volte la stanza che avevo già pagato all'Agenzia on line dicendo che il bonifico non era arrivato..colazione ridicola:un(uno) uovo fritto, una ciotolina con mini porzioni di burro, marmellata e latte concentrato (!)pane,caffè, the.La cassaforte nella stanza c'era ma era bloccata e l'addetta non aveva la chiavetta di sbloccaggio, il bagno si allagava ogni volta che facevi la doccia.Al mio arrivo la pompa non funzionava,niente doccia.ogni sera black-out.Le foto sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà e credo siano in gran parte quelle delle suite.

La chambre réservée étant occupée, l'on m'a mis dans une chambre supérieure, bien apprécié ce geste. Je reviens régulièrement dans cet hôtel, pratique, proche des restaurants, de l'aéroport et du marché local. Accueil souriant, petit-déjeuner simple, chambres correctes.

Sono ritornato all Oceanis hotel prima del volo di rientro x Parigi. L hotel è nel cuore del villaggio di Ivato. Molto vicino a tutto, mercato, negozi, farmacia, sportelli bancari, gargotte.... hotel pulito e camere confortevoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto il personale gentilissimo. Wifi spaziale. Unico neo la colazione: è scarsa, qualitativamente e quantitativamente.

Cet hôtel, que j'apprécie pour sa situation dans le village d'Ivato, est toujours avec des problèmes de maintenance. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable, les chambres sont bien, bonne literie, mais pas de frigo, pas de téléphone. Dommage pour cette catégorie. Tout serait top si l'on faisait un peu mieux. Pas de tablette, ni de verres sur le lavabo. L'eau dans la douche coule goute à goute depuis plus d'un an. Le coffre encore en panne, problème technique... et plus de 2h pour aller acheter des piles. Petit-déjeuner correct. Le wifi coupé sans avertir pour maintenance, réapparu après une vingtaine d'heures ha ha ha, mais connexions difficiles, coupures intempestives ! L'escalier extérieur pour aller à certaines chambres est difficile aux personnes qui ont un peu de peine avec les escaliers. Je recommande cet hotel aux voyageurs aguerri, pas vraiment pour des touristes recherchant le confort d'un 3 étoiles.

This hotel is hard to review because some things are just great and other things are simply awful. We stayed in June for a week while in Tana for a business event. We had the family apartment on the top floor. We chose an apartment because we wanted to cook for ourselves, being away from home for a week, we thought we would prefer cooking at an apartment rather than eating in restaurants every day. Things that were very good: I left my phone charger behind and it took me a few days to remember where I left it and ring them, and when I rang, the charger was "found" and duly handed over. Super helpful guards at main gate who helped us constantly with stupid amounts of baggage up and down the stairs. Things that were good: Spacious big room with two separate bedrooms Bathtub Plenty of hot water when there was water, it was off for part of the day most days King bed in the huge main bedroom Friendly housemaids (but not so terribly efficient) Friendly helpful guards at the gate Secure location inside secure courtyard Fridge (that freezes everything), 2 burner electric stove, and kettle included (but read the below before you think this is good) Things that were kind of ok and kind of not ok: We had to ask for towels but they did eventually give us some but one had to be sacrificed constantly to the squirty shower (see below) You have to ask to get the room serviced and they only do it every two days but not daily, but that's not a big deal. Breakfast was meh it was ok. Ordinary coffee, sweetened condensed milk, bread, fried eggs. Things that were really not good: Terrible reception, you need to beg them for everything Terrible wifi that is more of a gesture than an actual working service. Pretty awful food on the one occasion that we tried it and the strong smell of fried food all the way to the top of the stairs. Nothing to cook with, just two pans. No spoons, spatula, nothing to stir food with, no serving dish, no knife to cut with. So, if you plan to cook for yourself at this place, be prepared to go out and buy everything. We had three plates and three sets of cutlery. No glasses, no coffee cups. We asked them for glasses, they would reluctantly give us some, but they would disappear the next day. We ended up drinking out of yoghurt pots. They gave us cups when I insisted, but again, they took them away again almost immediately. They said, you do not need cups, your breakfast is included... For 7 nights, for three people, they gave us two rolls of toilet paper in total. Three men, seven nights, two loo rolls... The shower head leaks and squirts water all over the bathroom, so, you have to mop the floor with your towel... no mats... The TV in the principal bedroom does not work at all. About half of the lights work. No curtains on upper windows in main bedroom so very bright as soon as sun breaks in the morning. This hotel screams of absent owner syndrome, it has potential but it needs a good shake-up and revamp.
