Pros: Great, walkable location. The lobby terrace is actually pretty awesome. Cons: Ant infestation, food/poop caked onto comforter. Broken lockbox and heater. Toilet is literally in the same room as the bed, so it's extremely weird if you're staying with someone else. Water cuts out for hours. Last but not least, I had a major disagreement about what they charged me to upgrade my room, and when I wanted to revert to the original room I reserved because of many extremely good reasons, they refused. This alone is why I can't look past all the other defects. Summary: If you want a cheapish place and are willing to have some ants and broken stuff, it's actually not a terrible option. But beware that the owner/manager is a real sheister.
