We have arrived at midnight and after a long travel we’re very tired and hungry. To our surprise bar at the lobby was opened and we have been forwarded to the restaurant after a quick refreshment for the midnight soup, which was delicious! My teenage children were very pleased with the opportunity to refuel their energy all week of holidays with the fresh meal available three times a day in the restaurant ( unlimited!) and four hours at the beach! We have been in the different range of hotels and this one we liked the most because: everything you need for the rest and entertainment was here! We enjoyed pool swimming and sunbathing, beach sunbathing, water slides, turkish hamam . Staff were really friendly and helpful, but took us time to work out : do not keep your door key next to your phone or you will get a problem to enter your room ( just a tip) . My daughter’s comment was: mum I feel like I have been on holidays for a month! To me it’s a good indicator of successful holidays. A separate thank you to members of staff Fartih and Mustangs who helped us with all the information and reactivating our door key .

地理位置優越，距離老城、哈德良門和海港步行即達，酒店的二樓公共客廳很漂亮，但客房麪積偏小，房間隔音也較差，入住時遇到的前台主動幫忙搬了行李，第二天退房時換了另一個前台不夠積極，看我們吃力的把行李搬下樓也沒有上前幫忙

We came across this place after eating in the restaurant next door. It is a Wonderful funky bar to enjoy an evening drink. Great music with live DJ. All table service so no need to go to the bar. We would definitely recommend you popping in. I believe they do food and accommodation too. Would definitely recommend.

其實很不錯呀，雖然小，但是有獨立衞生間，因為做短暫停留，也不是很挑，算乾淨的，夏天沒有被子，但毯子也不會覺得冷。主人會英文，因為在最中心的位子，隔音會差一點。總體性價比很高

旅館位於老城區卡萊伊奇，離海邊很近，羅馬港口，哈德良門走路10分鐘。旅館在二樓，一樓是酒吧，晚上會吵到很晚，周邊商業區超市，飯店很多。旅館沒有電梯，沒有免費早餐，一樓有餐廳可以吃飯。房間床位有簾子，儲物櫃很大，二樓衹有兩個公共浴室和衞生間，花灑水量很小，洗澡不舒服。酒店24小時前台，設施簡單，位置好，價格便宜，適合背包客，窮遊黨。

Были забронированы 2 номера , вечером приехали в отель , консьерж сказал что они отменили бронь одного номера и сдали его другим людям , потому что в 19.00 этого дня, дня когда мы должны заселяться в отель , они отправили через сервис Hotels.com письмо с вопросом , приедем ли мы , и не получив ответ ( в это время мы летели в самолете и не могли прочитать е почту ) сдали номер другим людям . И вот вместо отдыха мы должны были с багажом ходить по Калейчи и искать номер, где можно было переночевать . Для каких целей, во время бронирования отель запрашивает данные кредитной карты , как гарантию бронирования в случае неявки , никто объяснить не смог . В правилах бронирования отеля указано что заселение с 14.00 . Как пояснил менеджер отеля , сотруднику службы поддержки Hotels.com , гости отеля должны приезжать к 14.00 , если заезд планируется позже , то надо тогда время заезда обязательно согласовывать с сотрудниками отеля или они отменят резервацию и сдадут Ваш номер повторно . Disgusting service. We booked 2 rooms, arrived at the hotel in the evening, the concierge said that they canceled the reservation of one room and rented it out to other people, because at 19.00 on that day, the day we were supposed to check into the hotel, they sent a letter through the Hotels.com service with a question, whether we would arrive, and without receiving an answer (at that time we were flying on an airplane and could not read his mail) we rented out the room to other people. And so, instead of resting, we had to walk around Kaleici with our luggage and look for a room where we could spend the night. For what purpose, during booking, the hotel requests credit card information, as a guarantee of the reservation in case of no-show, no one could explain. The hotel booking rules indicate that check-in is from 14.00. As the hotel manager explained to the Hotels.com support service employee, hotel guests must arrive by 14.00; if check-in is planned later, then the check-in time must be coordinated with the hotel staff or they will cancel the reservation and re-rent your room.

Lovely hotel in Old Town Antalya close to decent bars and restaurants, handy to well stocked supermarkets. Warm welcome on arrival from the staff who spoke decent level of English. The room was comfortable and bed comfy, good air conditioning and exceptional bathroom. we were delighted the hotel met our request for a balcony as this made all the difference. Old Town is charming but not quiet due to adjacent bars etc, but this did not impact greatly on us. We were treated very well by most staff - housekeeping, reception and especially breakfast staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. we found that if we used a few words of Turkish this was much appreciated. of exceptional note for us were the lovely Jilali who was extremely helpful and knowledgable the restaurant area and the reception staff who could not do enough. i do not wish to leave a negative review but we found that only SOME of the senior management took the time to speak to guests and chat to them - this is very important to guests and after a while it became noticeable that more effort should be made. One of the senior staff in the reception area I think was lovely with kids and those travelling alone. She set a good tone for the others, a good example. I would certainly recommend if travelling alone and there is a good taxi service nearby also. Excellent standard of food for breakfast, something different every day! We were certainly well looked after and overall decent levels of English speaking, but weary traveller take note: loud music and traffic, revelling can go on long into the early hours, bring earplugs if you want a good early night. This is Turkey. They know how to party.
