We stayed here for a week and arrived early. Not only were we allowed to check in early, but also got a free room upgrade! We stayed in the garden room, which was very spacious for the two of us. The staff is very friendly, and the location feels very secure, with gates all around and cameras everywhere. Laundry service is included with the stay (10 items per day) for free, and it’s usually completed by 4-5 p.m. if you drop it off by lunchtime. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is air conditioning both in the bedroom and the living room. The Smart TV is also a nice addition, where you can watch YouTube or Netflix. The beach is maybe a 3-5 minute walk, and the shops and cafes are also about the same distance away. You can get the bus from the main road to a large shopping centre which will take about 15 - 20mins.

We had booked a 2 bed apartment for my wife and 3 month year old. TOO SMALL! Our baby had to sleep outside of the room in the kitchen/living space as no space for cot in the bedroom. No space for luggage at all, we had to use the other room for that. Mattress and pillows super uncomfortable creating sleepless nights and neck pain for my wife. No soundproofing, weird had been very awkward if two couples or family of 4 staying in the 2 bed There was black mould in toilet and kitchen - dangerous for adults never mind kids and children. Staff did not help when loading up car despite having so many suitcases Avoid! For the amount paid this fell really short of standards
The hotel itself might be fine. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get there because of the war started, and flight companies that cancelled all their flights abroad. I got $2K locked on the cancelled tickets (twice) and up to $1K on this place. I ran out of money and there even were no tickets to buy on the market anymore. This looks quite like the exceptional case as I 100% intended to get to Turkey, but that's up to the reader to decide. There was a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost, but as I was told there are also exceptions possible which are up to the property owner. When I contacted the hotel (in advance) and explained the situation, that I tried everything I could and spent everything I had to get there, and now I don't have a cent - they decided it's not their problem. The responses were very slow, I had to wait several days to get a response. Multiple times. Without the support team I doubt I would get any answer at all. The answers were short and unclear. Eventually I got the answer that they will take only 40% of the cost. In fact that was a lie, and they took as much as originally planned. So while your experience in this place may differ drastically, I'd like to simply warn the fellow traveler that as soon as you need anything - the warm welcome will turn into the cold shoulder. The place values money more than their customers.
