喜悅豪華公寓(Delight Deluxe Aparts)

The place itself is fabulous such as the bed being comfy, the WiFi is great, nice shower, good maid service, fully equipped and functional kitchen. The down side is that it’s right across the alley from a bar. The bar opens at 8pm and doesn’t close until 4am. This was M-Sunday. The only time they stop is if a bad storm comes through which I was fortunate to have 2 nights I was there. They have live music from 8-11pm then switch to super loud techno music until 4am! All I heard was boom boom boom vibrating in my skull! Luckily you have peace and quiet from 4-9am to get some kind of sleep! If you’re a partier then this is the place for you. If you’re not, be prepared to not get much sleep.

Удобное расположение, самый центр города и доступно к транспортной системе. Плюсы: число, доступная цена, всё в номере работает. Хороший кондиционер, очень хорошая вода, плитка для приготовления пищи. Минусы: не ответили на почту по поводу заселения, пришлось стучать в окно. Оказалось, что офис в соседнем здании, о чем не было известно. Важно: вечером в выходные сильная музыка из соседнего бара (располагается по диагонали от отеля), в не сезон заканчивалась в 00:00, в сезон думаю будет до утра мешать спать. Прожили в этом месте чуть больше двух недель. У отеля несколько корпусов, расположенных в старом городе. Апарт-отель находится прямо около основной достопримечательности - Ворот Андриана. Рядом кафе, в котором проходят завтраки, недалеко Мигрос и куча других кафешек. Номеров немного, но они хорошо укомплектованы всем необходимым. На верхнем этаже терраса с шезлонгами. Расстроило отсутствие стиральной машинки (хотя бы в общей зоне хотелось бы ее иметь). В номерах чисто, уборка каждый день, даже грязную посуду моют. Все было бы отлично, если бы не соседство отеля с непонятным клубом. Наши окна выходили как раз на стены этого заведения и пешеходную улицу. Никакого комфорта от постоянно проходящих людей. А ночью вообще невозможно спать от слова совсем под басы и музыку. Засыпали мы около 3-4 часов утра, ночи с субботы на воскресенье были вообще ужасны. Просили переселить в номера на другую сторону здания, но получили предложение пожить в номере категории Эконом, когда мы заплатили за Стандарт. Или переехать на этаж выше с видом и на все тот же отель и с таким же шумом. Первое приятное впечатление от проживания в этом месте было испорчено. Крайне не советую этот отель семьям с детьми или пожилым людям. Либо просите номер с видом на сад (он же заброшенный соседний участок где сейчас стройка).

Paid for these apparts for more then a week, cause the rating was good. When we came we asked for 2nd floor room - they said no. (even we took deluxe one) You can see "beautiful" constructing process with Husquarna saw working after the window. Officially 40 sq. meters, in fact - 30 or less for the bath, bedroom and kitchen. Old toilet with yellowish plastic In saturday i checked the internet and said that i will need it from monday to work and this is really important - we will check they said. They were checking 2 days , no results, after i went to work from another place but not home , in the evening they said, we have a problems in area. 5 Work days there was literally 0 speed and it was impossible to work from home. (Free wifi they said) So after that i asked to compensate this situation but only they can say - No sir. Fun fact is that in their Living book stated that they will try to solve the problem whatever it takes. But no, in fact even they don't give service which they should give, they don't want to compensate/provide 1 extra day for the issues they didnt solve. So if you are looking for hotel with internet, this is not the place you should stay. To evaluate the mark: Overpriced for this kind of room. Greedy owner who cares about his reputation less then for 1 day rent money in his pocket, even he didnt provide what he should. Cleaning is good. Breakfast nearly same without some deserts.

Room was clean & nice. Reception staff very very helpful about anything at any time. It can be a bit noisy at night, and the shower hot water flow is a little weak for us.

The receptionist was very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend the place. 25th August 2022.

Massive storm as soon as we left the airport. Torrential rain made driving stressful and the road to the hotel had a closed barrier with cars being turned away. We drove round 3 times until eventually asking a taxi driver who was parked by the barrier. His "friend" was operating the barrier and let us through when we told him where we where going. A sign would be useful. The guy on checkin was really friendly and helpful and carried our cases to the apartment which is located away from checkin. When we returned after eating the apartment door wouldnt lock from the inside. Reception guy tried but couldnt fix it. As all apartments where booked he offered us a room back at the hotel. We decided to leave our luggage in the appartment as we just needed to dry out and sleep. We thought the hotel room was nicer than the apartment. All staff where really helpful. It wasnt the best experience but we accept the really bad weather didnt help which maybe sways the lack of a happy face i would think in the summer it would be a great place to stay.
