安娜麗飯店(Anelli Hotel)

Hersey çok güzel di kahvaltı süper odalar temiz ..Güler yüzlü çalışanları ile bidaki sefere yine gelecegim

Her şey harikaydı, teşekkür ederiz

4 gece standart oda rezervasyonu yaptım. Planladığımdan erken varmama rağmen müsaitlik doğrultusunda yardımcı oldular. Oda temizlik açısından çok iyiydi ve günlük olarak eksikleri tamamlandı. Fiyatına göre üstün performanslı olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli seviyede. Tavsiye ederim.

7 günlük konaklama için gittim . Odada nerdeyse hiç birşey yoktu .var olan tek şey beden havlusu , TV ve yatak. Minibar boş , banyo boş herşey çok kötüydü . Otelin kat görevlisi sivil giyinmis halde hizmet veriyordu . disiplin sıfır yani .Resimlere sakın aldanmayın . Aşağıya bıraktığım resimler hiç bile .

Siisti huone hyvällä ilmastoinnilla ja minibaarilla. Päivittäinen huonesiivous. Alue rauhallinen, vieressä supermarketti ja kahvila, ravintoloita lähellä. Aamupala aika suppea. Henkilökunnalla heikko englanninkielen taito.

Location was very good to visit Antalya. We were lucky enought to find a parking spot right in front of the building, but I believe it wouldn't have been hard to find street parking nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was also OK. Breakfast was simple, but enough to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room that we received was not what we reserved. They were two small adjoining economy rooms instead of the junior suite that was reserved. Our children had booked the same place but when they indicated the check-in time, they didn't notice that the reservation day rolled over. Even though they had paid for their room and they had an available room at 1:30 am, they would not honour the reservation or the payment and would not allow them to stay in the room. In our rooms there were 3 beds instead of 2, but only bedding for 2 and reception would not provide bedding for the 3rd bed. The food in the morning was ok. The juice was undrinkable, the yoghurt was not the normal thick Mediterranean yoghurt, but runny and thin. The buns were good, the eggs, zucchini, stewed sausage were good. Cheeses and olives were ok as well. The kitchen staff were helpful. The morning reception was a bit more helpful but was still unable to direct us to a manager to resolve the other room charges and lack of use.

Very nice stuff and breakfast, safe area and lots of restaurants and cafes
