房間很差勁，和宣傳不符

沒有客房服務。自己去要毛巾。毯子被香煙燒焦了。浴室裡有一個搖搖晃晃的馬桶。沒有地方放衛生紙。不得不索取肥皂和洗髮精。窗簾很髒。儲存空間不足。很小的房間。太糟糕了。不會推薦給任何人。

難以形容的房間：水槽隨時都會掉下來，水槽裡的水漏到地板上，冰箱門關不上，所以冰箱裡的水漏到整個房間。床底下有一堆垃圾，淋浴間無法調節水量，浴室門上有洞，前門上方有 1 厘米的日光，房間裡飄進香煙味......更糟糕的是，凌晨 1 點，我們發現身上到處都是奇怪的咬痕，於是便開始尋找臭蟲。我們離開時，行李裡有臭蟲，我們繼續被咬（記錄了 130 次咬傷），並且不由自主地感染了下一個住處。我向接待員展示了房間和注射的照片，但她似乎不感興趣。我要求全額退還這個預訂款，這花了我們幾個小時的時間，但卻沒有回應。

I booked a room with "shared bathroom". Ok. I do not mind waiting for a shower, but unfortunately there was also no WC in my room. I had booked for 28 days, but after the horrendous first night being unable to use the shed toilet because it is behind the same locked door as the shower, I traded the 27 remaining days for 17 days in a room with a toilet. That room was no prize. For the 5 days during the working week there was a loud playground near me, active and loud from 8:00 a.m.. The neighboring room, through paper thin walls had a couple look at thumping the wall and singing until 3:00 in the morning.
