安塔利亞鄰近Duden Waterfalls - Karpuzkaldıran Cross Park的飯店

I came here with family and called pre arrival with my 8 month old and had luggages the guys at the reception did not even help to bring the bags in and just watched us. We arrived midnight and was made waiting for the room. One of the guys that were at the desk went to sort the room out and came back and asked for a throw and pillow. We then was told to follow them and they took us to a part building behind the hotel after the hall knowing we had 5 pieces of luggages a buggy and a 8 month old up the stairs. Once we landed on the ground floor of the part building not even the main building they tried to put us levels down into the basement ( stairs no lift) like the proper poor section. Once my husband mentioned to the guy what kind of a room is this with this baby knowing we called back hand he said to my husband that he was a ‘ security’ and has nothing to do with the room selection. They try to throw us in the basement that does not even have a window with a baby knowing we have so many luggages and a baby with no lift or access to make life easier only For the money. This hotel was 7K in turkish liras roughly a tick of £200 but it was not even worth a free stay. I was so gobsmacked that I had to just leave that place as they were taking the absolute p deliberately. Once i went to the reception and was really frustrated He said that he will arrange another room which i did not accept and told him to take us out of the system only because they tried to mug us off and give us the most rubbish trampy room yet get the most money out of us pass the worth of the property. Rudest staff, the most rubbish hotel. do not believe the good reviews knowing im a family wit h a baby i had to go around the city 1 am in the morning in the taxi trying to get a space in another hotel and have travelled so many places yet have not ever come across something like this. Also the hotel is in the most rubbish location that the planes noise is just in your ear and very close to the building like its going to hit it so Impossible for anyone to sleep in that hotel as its near the airport on the landing. The most rubbish experience do not ever go here trust my word.

因為一大清早的飛機，所以選擇機場旁邊的酒店，有團隊所以早餐還是人很多。去往機場的路沒有路燈，加上下雨還是有點害怕的，新手或者不經常開車的謹慎

餐食太棒啦，種類非常多，大概芝士品種就有快20種了。酒店很大，各種活動，體驗得不捨得出酒店了，一整天都沒有出門，酒店內部活動也很豐富，我體驗了射箭和空中瑜伽，還有晚上的娛樂節目。冬天來太可了，價格是旺季的1/4，薅羊毛和度假都很適合。滿意👍

Ailemle butik otellerde konaklama yaparım genelde. Türkiye de böyle uzakdogu bohem tarzı ile dekore edilmiş bir otelde ilk defa kaldık. Odalar çok temiz, personel yardımsever ve serpme kahvaltısı çok doyurucu ve lezzetli. Ayrıca akşamları Coffee house bölümünde değişik tatlara ulaşabilirsiniz. Yaz ayında plaja servisleri de varmış

設施：設施先進齊全 衞生：非常乾淨舒適 環境：酒店的環境就像商家展示圖一樣棒 服務：最棒的是有一支很棒的服務團隊。此次旅行，不小心丟失iPad在巴士站，一度被自己氣惱得不行，我們甚至沒有土耳其的手機號，想着肯定找不到了。抱着渺茫的希望，我們找到了禮賓部的主管Onur Kaptan，他聽説我們丟了iPad，馬上詢問我們乘坐的大巴、到達的地點，以及大巴發車的時間，然後打電話詢問大巴車站的工作人員，最終幫助我們順利找到了遺失的物品，整個過程非常流暢和高效，沒有他的幫助，我們不可能那麼順利地找到遺失的物品，真的非常感謝這麼帥氣友善的Onur！

Location is good, check in is also easy, friendly recpetion, shops around. The shower pipe is not adjustable so water flow is fixed to one direction, I am short so it was a bit difficult to get under it unless if you hold in hand and wash yourself. The ground floor apartment gets noise when people are moving in and out of property, otherwise good experience.

Kids Club was awesome. Our daughter had to much fun with them. They have to many activites such as cookie making canvas painting pot workshop Hand workshop. Also Mini Disco was perfekt they habe wanderful Kids Show too

如果你一大早就有航班的話,離機場很近可以在那裏過夜。 我與前台有問題,他們再次要求付款,但通過Trip.com支付,我不得不在銀行賬戶上給他們看費用。 房間舒適。

What I like 😀 The air conditioner in my room 6209 was excellent, and the cleaner (the lady, I don't know her name) worked very hard, was very polite, brilliant doing her job and always smiled; decent bathroom with a shower, I also liked the all-around hotel; many places to eat, coffee shops, etc. In a room, in a fridge, plenty of water to drink for free and a plate full of fruit on arrival. Believe it or not, I had Netflix for free to watch. Very clean everywhere. Good location What I didn’t like 😌 The Internet does not always connect in a room, not much variety to choose from for breakfast; also, the juice from the machine wasn't that good either; in the reception, not any information, or a guidebook for exploring the area, in the night time even at 2-3 o'clock every noise from outside of my windows people trying their motorbike and speed the engine and you can hear very loud. Very hot in the reception area, not a restaurant in the hotel or a gym. Otherwise, I would recommend it.
