Le Pélican 飯店(Le Pelican)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, clame mais proche de centre ville, les équipements dans la chambre sont en haut de gramme, la réceptionniste nous a aidé à trouver un parking à proximité.

Séjour découverte de la vieille ville d'Annecy. L'hôtel y est à proximité. La balade au bord du Lac est idéale pour commencer ou terminer la journée. L'O dans le Bec est parfait pour le petit-déjeuner. L'équipe du Pelican est jeune, accueillante et dynamique. Merci à tous

Hôtel très bien situé au pres de la vieille ville ! Avec parking souterrain ! Hôtel confortable, très bien ! Par contre, ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner à 30€ alors qu’il y a une boulangerie à l intérieur de l hôtel et possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude à la réception !! Nous recommandons

Great hotel with fantastic views of the lake & mountains. Close to the historic town center, canal & all the restaurants are around there. Most of these restaurants are closed from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. The hotel has a decent breakfast in their restaurant with the best views. Everything here was good.

This is convienently located hotel within walking distance of the lake and old town. The hotel is nice, the rooms are extremely small even upgraded ones. The air conditioning doesn’t work well. It was over 25C in our room. We were given a fan but that doesn’t help with coolness. We were told it was because it was very hot outside which doesn’t make sense as we didn’t have any issues in other hotels despite the heatwave. However the heatwave ended and when it was 16 or 17C out, the AC remained at 25C. This needs to be fixed. Other guests complained about the same thing so I know it wasn’t only our room and maintenance said it was across the building. I want to give a huge shout out to the front desk staff. They were kind enough to send items that were left behind in the room to out hotel in another town. They were always courteous from the start but when I needed help with returning my goods, they went out of their way. Merci! We had a nice room with a lake view and it was lovely waking up to such a view. The breakfasts were also excellent with varied options and the serving staff were also very friendly and kind. Would stay here again (but really hope they fix the quality and functionality of the AC)

Very comfortable bed, basic price room a good size, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, it was not clear from the hotel description that parking is limited and was not available when we arrived. Secure parking was a main reason to choose this hotel because we had holiday purchases in the car that we did not want to leave in the car overnight and risk theft. Many businessmen would also have expensive equipment in the car and would have similar concerns. Please make it clear that the parking is limited and if necessary to reserve! Second, more minor point. The bathroom door would not close. Even longterm married couples prefer some privacy.

LE pelican is a very good option for a stay near “old Town.” However, for water activities we much preferred the other side of the lake. Also, the outdoor space was sterile and the pool was small with an undesirable view. The modern hotel rooms, service, restaurant and the cafe in the lobby were excellent.
