Bathtub was dirty, water damages on the trim and wallpaper in the bathroom. I made sure to take a video of the room as soon as I stepped in so I can’t upload the video here but I did take some pictures that you’ll see below. Dated building. Electricity went out and did not address my fuse box till 10pm my 2nd night. Front desk said I’m on the list to be refunded 1 night but we’ll see. Will update if fair compensation is delivered.

Very comfortable with everything needed for preparing our own food, as well as breakfast provided. Nice indoor pool (just needed a note on door to pull hard - it seemed to be closed when it was not) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and easy check in process. Cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was wonderful. Location near the shopping mall was nice as well as being close to other shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was a bit small but we managed.

One of the best we've stayed at in Ann Arbor. Conveniently locasted and comfortable. We had comfortable room and breakfast was good.

The room was charming, clean, and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were very soft and I had a great night's sleep. Hotel is very colorful and inviting.

Foir this trip, the hotel was conveniently located with easy access to Detroit Metro airport and the University of Michigan. While close to majors roads and a mall, the hotel was quiet. The amenities made it easy to feel at home. There was a nice breakfast in the AM, and a service where travelers could borrow a multitude of cooking appliances so as not to have to eat out every night. I appreciated the provision of umbrellas for an unexpected rainy day. We will be back to this area, and we would stay here again.

Excellent attractive rooms. Confusing system of charging a daily rate for possible incidental expenditure which should be credited back to a credit card if not used. This was not explained to me and the charge was put on my card without my signature. Caused several problems with the credit card company.

Room was great with a full kitchen and dinning table. My only complaint if you want to call it that is the bathroom is a tight squeeze when shutting the door, you have to stand between the tub and the toilet. But i would still give this Hotel 5 stars.
