There's noises outside but the service was ok and the breakfast was good

位置很好，工作人員很友好，但標準較低。早餐很普通。我們不想再多待兩天。

It was our first time in Ankara and didn't know what to expect. We took a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. The check-in was smooth and fast because we per-booked the hotel a few days earlier. The room was small but clean and comfortable. So was the bathroom. We had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast spread was something to look forward to, with a lot of choice of food and drinks. However, conversations were very limited due to the limited English language spoken by the staff. Check-out was ok and the receptionist helped called a taxi for us to go to the bus station.

I booked the hotel before coming. It was standart room with big bedroom. The room was small. Ok it was predictable. But the cover of the sheet was dirty, we asked the bellboy to change it and also to bring another warm blanket because at night it was cold in the room. Despite this he didn’t bring the blanket. The air conditioner didn’t work however I asked about it as well and they lied saying that it functions well. In conclusion I would say if you want a one night stay with a good breakfast it’s a good decision. The only satisfying thing in the hotel is breakfast. And don’t forget to complain if the staff is not doing their work.

飯店的一切都很棒，直到早上8.30清潔人員開始在走廊打掃。客房服務很便宜，工作人員很友好，但是如果你認為你至少要睡到早上10點，就不要選擇它，因為他們絕對不讓你睡覺。

2022年8月我們在105號房住了8晚，住得很愉快。酒店是2020年建成的，一切都是新的。地點：這家旅館最大的優勢是它的位置，距離安卡拉的主要十字路口“Kizilay”僅幾分鐘路程。附近有許多餐廳、酒吧、商店，可輕鬆前往地鐵站、巴士站和計程車。 房間： 105號房是無菸房，夠寬敞，冷氣也很有效率。客房服務很完美，浴室也夠乾淨。唯一的缺點是房間裡沒有保險箱。沒有迷你吧，但每天收取 2 瓶瓶裝水的費用。 工作人員： Ferhat 和 Arezu 是飯店的接待員，非常熱情、樂於助人。 還有行李員。廚房工作人員也很友善。 早餐：適中，有時新鮮，有時不新鮮。但有各種各樣的食物，從冷的（果醬、起司、奶油等）到熱的（湯、炸馬鈴薯、香腸）。早餐桌上有咖啡粉和熱水和茶。大廳也提供茶水供客人坐在戶外喝茶。 我絕對推薦這家酒店，因為它是一家非常靠近克孜拉伊的經濟型乾淨酒店。

Ferhat bey ve ismini öğrenme fırsatımız olmayan tüm çalışanlara ayrı ayrı nezaketleri için sonsuz teşekkürler. Kesinlikle çok rahat, çok şeyin özenle düşünüldüğü ve herkesin kesin rahat konaklama yapacağı bir yer.. Yeniden gelicez:)
