I booked and paid in advance for a room in this hotel through the aggregator service. I had a confirmation of my reservation. They didn’t check me into the hotel and they demanded that I pay an additional 250 liras!!! How is this possible? My room was already paid for in advance. If the cost is different, you should resolve this issue with the aggregator, not with me. I waited for a decision for 2 hours, but after 2 hours I was again asked to pay 250 liras. This is the worst hotel, the worst service. They don't need anything except money. There are better hotels nearby at the same price. But never again to this hotel in the future!!!
