4-Person Chalet Albatros by the Water with Parking Space

The holiday home has a living space of approximately 60 m², providing ample room for four people. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a 1.40 x 2 m bed. The house includes a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a large flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, and a barbecue. Cable TV is also available. From the waterfront terrace, there is an open connection to Lake Lauwersmeer (with a 1-meter draft and a bridge clearance of cacm). Bring your own paddleboard, boat, or bike and enjoy the water and nature of Lauwersmeer National Park. There are also boat rentals available in the area. (Surroundings:) Oostmahorn is an old stronghold at the at the western side of the Lauwerslake with a rich history, dating back to the sixteenth century. Nowadays it’s a very pleasant tourist destination at the National Park Lauwersmeer, hosting several holiday resorts. The lake itself and the direct surroundings are a true paradise for nature lovers, fisherman, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Dogs are more than welcome here as well. There’s a special beach and a forest for them at Lauwersoog. Within a couple of hundreds of meters there are several playgrounds for children. At the beach, in the small resort ‘de Skâns’ and in Esonstad - which is a holiday resort build as a replica of a typical old Frysian city. In Esonstad you’ll even find a bouncy castle and an indoor playing hall and one can play golf and foot golf here at the local Pitch & Putt area. Renting a bicycle or e-chopper is also possible here. In Esonstad you can easily do your daily groceries (a bigger supermarkt is just a couple of kilometers away in Anjum) or find a restaurant, pizzeria or a snackbar. Another three restaurants are even closer to your holiday house. Some of them offer spectacular lake views. Other good options to enjoy the local seafood cuisine are the sea harbor of Lauwersoog at the northern side of the lake, the old fishing village of Zoutkamp at the eastside of the lake or at Dokkum, the most northern fortified
