Hotel numa localização privilegiada, mesmo em cima da praia. Já se notam alguns pormenores que precisam de renovação mas mesmo assim é confortável , asseado e tem um staff simpático e diligente. Ficamos num estúdio virado para o mar que dá para um casal mais 1 filho uma vez que possui uma zona de estar com um sofá que se transforma numa cama confortável e um quarto com uma grande cama King size, isto para além de uma casa de banho com duche e banheira e de uma pequena cozinha completamente equipada. Fica situado numa zona central, a 4 km do aeroporto, a partir da qual se pode aceder facilmente a qualquer ponto turístico da Ilha. O pequeno almoço e bastante bom. Possui um pequeno parque de estacionamento gratuito de 4 lugares que só conseguimos usar uma vez, mas há bastante espaço para estacionar gratuitamente a 150m do hotel.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer gab es jeden Tag eine grosse Flasche Mineralwasser. AirCon und WLAN funktionieren sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet ist gut. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon und keinen Meerblick, aber dafür ein preisgünstiges Angebot.

Localização fantástica!! Hotel recente com apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado. Pequeno almoço não pode ser buffet pelas restrições do Covid, mas não nos restringem de nada nas opções disponíveis. Limpeza exímia! Tudo isto coroado pela simpatia do atendimento. Desde a recepção ao serviço de comidas, sentimo-nos acarinhados desde o momento da nossa chegada até ao triste dia em que temos de partir. A voltar à Terceira, saberei certamente onde ficar outra vez.

We did not actually stay at this hotel, but I had an interaction that is worth mentioning. We were exploring the area in front of the hotel when I had a mishap. Nothing major, but I certainly needed some attention. We entered the hotel seeking some assistance, and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. I'm sure they knew we weren't guests there, but that didn't matter. I'm sure that level of service is also extended to anyone staying there.

Need some partial makeup in the room wall 202. Looks like salt damage

Everything was so dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. The doors and wall paper thin. Only good thing is that it’s in front of the beach. But Praia Vitoria is so small that you can walk from anywhere. I would stay in Angra do Heroismo.

We reserved and paid for two rooms in avance. They only had one room available. No air conditioning. We all had to stay in the same room. They refused to refund our payment for the second room. Will never stay there again. Incredibly unprofessional staff.

The hotel was perfect! The location was really nice. It was on the water and the staff was super nice and helpful. The only thing I hated was that since it’s on a busy street there’s a nightclub nearby and it was blasting music until like 3 am and I was unable to sleep
