漢堡舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites)

It was fine for what it was. We stayed there for a Bills game and it was convenient for that. We didn’t spend much time there. I have two major complaints that make or break a hotel for me: the bed and the window. The bed was literally hard as a rock. It was hard to fall asleep because I felt like I was sleeping on the ground. The window- sheer curtains and the heavier outer curtain didn’t move. They covered less than half of the window. Since our room faced a neighboring hotel, our entire room was lit up. Another issue making it difficult to sleep.

We had a late check-in on a Friday night. Upon arrival, I felt uneasy and slightly unsafe with people loitering in front of the property. The property itself needed updating. The hotel and room decor was outdated. Our first room had a musty basement smell upon entering. Then we discovered the toilet and the phone in the room did not work. The staff at the front desk was very apologetic and they did give us a second room with only one bed instead of two. It had a slightly better smell and seemed in somewhat better condition. The next morning they served your typical continental breakfast which was O.K.Overall, I was disappointed that I had booked the room through ******* expecting a much better place. I used Epedia to book another room in a different town the next night and had completely the opposite experiece. So I would definitely recommend reading the reveiws of multiple other guests before bboking a room through ******* because I can't say I'd stay at this hotel again.

Room was ice cold and took hrs for it to warm up, toilet had trouble flushing. Breakfast hot food was barely warm. Coffee was only warm not hot. At check out Girl at front desk took key and and said ok barely looking up from her phone and never asked if I need a receipt.

Phone in room didn’t work. Water was barely Luke warm after warming for work minutes. I guess it’s what we get for the price we paid. Not sure if I’d stay again.

The room had a very strong odor, looks like they were replacing some flooring on the same floor. Old dirty.... I didn't change because there was nothing else available around. Nobody on desk at any point.

482.00 for one night in this hotel was ridiculous. No value for the money here. Hotel was in the middle of room upgrades will not recommend to anyone especially for the price they charged.

Our room was very quiet and comforting but unfortunately there wasn't any hot water which made for a crappy night after a cold football game.

Property is old, dirty and falling apart. The staff is not friendly and even over charge. Be advised you will see extra charges appear on your credit card and all of a sudden the manager cant prove or disprove anything and hangs up phone. Save your time and money this place is nasty

Called to ask what time pool was open till guy said 10 pm (which is why i chose thos hotel) got there at 8 pm got to go to pool and key card wont work to let me in to fitness /pool area desk guy tried to get me in and also couldn't get in so whatever ill try in the morning wale up amd fitness area was open get to pool and it was empty no sign or pool closure when i called and asked about they could have said it was closed just overall very frustrating
