The chinese resto is superb. Price is reasonable. Buffet with lots of choices. Food is great . Rooms are newly renovated.

飯店門口有幾個保安，很有禮貌。 另外，前台的女士很開朗，很有禮貌，讓我覺得很舒服。 房間乾淨整潔，無可挑剔。 我想再次入住。 飯店前面有一家商店。 （商店）前面就是街道，請注意保管好自己的貴重物品。當我不小心以日本方式打開包包時，保全和我的菲律賓女友警告我立即關上包包。

Very good service, friendly staff, nice food (Western breakfast, very good, perfect eggs, crispy bacon & hush brownies), big rooms, big balkony, huge refridge, very comfortable beds, the value for money is 100% ok; I would recommend the rooms at poolside (lagoon), not at streetside which are too small and noisy. I like this place with friendly guests mainly from USA (not Asia/Korea) coz of its big pools, incl a whirlpool. The breakfast is not incl but extra, not too cheap, but 100% worth its money coz high quality standard. It was a pleasure to see the friendly ladies at restaurant every day. The rooms have wifi & TV(incl netflix). The room service (dining at room) works very well and fast. Good quality. Its near to Walking Street (which is under renovation - not too nice right now - Sept. 2024), but it feels there like holidays at beach. Also a very nice place for families / kids. If I can, I will come back to this resort/hotel for sure.

我們來的時候,儘管我們遲到了,我們的房間還沒有準備好,但工作人員道歉和禮貌,足以承認他們的錯誤。我們在等待我們的房間時得到了孩子們的免費早餐和小吃。 房間很寬敞,設施也足夠。在我們最後一天,管道爆裂,建築物被洪水淹沒。我希望他們增加額外的客房服務,以滿足客戶的需求。 總而言之,我們享受了我們的住宿。

旅店的地理位置良好。房間廁所的洗手台水龍頭，沒有把柄，冷氣吹出類似咖啡渣在床上。房內電話告知服務員，沒有處理。房間服務每日更換枕頭套和床單有異味，服務員再次更換依然有潮濕未不乾淨的不雅味道。 床底地上有垃圾和異物，女房務人員清潔不佳。 電梯2台，每天經常遇到保養和故障，只能使用1台，常常走樓梯上下樓。 1樓戶外座位區，9月下午時下雨，門口電線桿的電線短路爆炸閃燃，客人恐慌嚇到趴在地上躲避。虛驚一場。戶外天花板滴水。 1樓服務員態度良好，每天行禮問好，只是男服務人員走道嬉戲喧嘩吵鬧，隔音效果差， 大門保全警衛人員優秀，能協助幫忙旅客服務，阻止銷售推銷和遊民索討，和協助阻止

Amazing hotel that has everything you need. Love the rooftop bar/club pool area especially for days when you don't want to go far to have a great time. Food was amazing and the spa and gym area kept me coming back for more treatments and great workouts to work off the extra food. Highly recommend this location as it's in a great spot accross from the mall or for those that want to explore the area with a lot of things in walking distance. Loved it so much I've already booked it again for my next return trip.

酒店頂樓有無邊際游泳池和池畔餐廳，在此用餐景色特別美。酒店附近有一個大型購物中心SM Mall，很多各國餐廳選擇，我們幾乎每天都在那裡晚餐。 房間的浴缸旁邊擋水沒做好，沖涼後滿地積水，容易滑倒很危險。此問題是這次入住的唯一敗筆，希望酒店可好好改善這問題。

Very clean hotel and you will be able to rest well. I like the staff.
