埃拉託公寓飯店(Erato Apartments)

We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location, cute village with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close to taxi stand and bus stop. There are many stairs up and down to village- keep this in mind if you have mobility issues. Basic room with beds, mini kitchen and Bathroom. Nice balcony.

We booked at this hotel and we loved it! The apartment was very spacious and lovely! We booked last minute but the staff was prompt and friendly and lovely! We had a wonderful breakfast in the room and we booked a tour through them!

We stayed mid August in Erato apartments during high season. We would like to start with all of the positive features: -Friendly staf and very friendly cleaning lady. -The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. Even our dishes were washed. -Breakfast is nice and delivered on time. -Good AC. -Amazing view on the port of Batsi. But, we have few remarks: -Although the staff was very enthusiastic and approachable, they did not follow up on our requests. We asked to check the possibilities for a boat trip and a car rental, we were told to he was going to check this out but he never gave an update. For the future: it would be good to keep the guests up to date of the possibilities. - The fridge in our room made a very loud noise every half an hour for a long period. We asked to get this checked, the problem was not fixed and we never got updated. - WiFi is very unstable. - The amenities of the kitchen need to be checked: we only had one knife (we were two people). Price quality in high season: too expensive concerning the problems we adressed.

One of the best experience in Andros. Friendly staff, free sunbed!
