pelayanan tidak ramah sekali! klo bisa gausah staycation disini. air kamar mandi bau besi! tv rusak! kasurnya sudah jeblos dan tidak layak digunakan! untuk sarapannya jg gaenak sm sekali
sekelas bintang 4 itu gamasuk akal, baru kali ini nginap dihotel tanpa pemberitahuan apapun cekout seblm jam1 dikenakan charge 10%, saya nginap dibeberapa hotel sekelas bintang 5 aja ga perna dikenakan charge.
Me & my wife arrived and c/i at Executive room #609 at arround 7.30pm on Sat 21 Sep'24. Upon c/i in the room my wife found german cocroach running arround in the bathroom and also found under the blanket after she open the bed, and also found one running arround in top of room glass table. Then we directly came back down to lobby and asked for a room change. After waiting for about 45mnt one of the Reception escorted us to a new room. In the evelator we asked what type of room we are being escorted and he said to a Deluxe room. Then we refused to continue proceeding to the new room and asked to be placed at same type of room or upgrade, not down-grade. In the reception the Supervisor explained that there's no more same type of room available except Suite room, and he have to get an approval from the Manager. Then we demand to meet and speak to the Manager on Duty Manager incharge, but he said the Manager already went home and could not be contacted. I said "wow" what a 4 star hotel... I think its far from its status, it should be Melati type Hotel. Because the Spv dont have autorithy to upgrade, he suggested me to get full refund....what an incredible solution I laughed......I feel pity with the Supervisor for engaging me.... Then I said yes and said will never comeback to this hotel. Then I found out that other guest/reviewer also complaint the same matter and no improvements at all... Good luck with your melati hotel......

Great hotel, very pleased with the standard of cleanliness and service. Will book this hotel again for our next trip.
