房間在最後面,頂樓很吵,就像有人在工作一樣,睡眠受到干擾+設施缺乏,因為沒有地毯,淋浴間生鏽了

Great location and superb view from room 1507 But you must bring your own amenities. There's no soap, tissue, etc in the room.

tidak ada free parkir untuk tamu menginap di hotel, tolong adakan kerja sama dengan pihak pasbar nya untuk parkir. harga parkir dengan harga kamar hampir sama. makasih 🙏🏻

Secara lokasi penginapan ini lumayan dekat dengan stasiun bandung, hotelnya itu dari Lt. 7 sampe 15, Lt. 1-6 itu seperti pusat perbelanjaan ITC, jadi menurut saya kurang nyaman aja sih ya, trus untuk kamarnya kurang bersih dan kurang lengkap (gak ada sabun sikat gigi, cm handuk), sesuailah dengan harga, thx u

Stayed 2 nights in room 1116. Towels were frayed, grey and full of holes. Walls and sink area were covered in mould. Rusty marks all over the floor. Almost impossible to get any hot water in the shower. Whole room smelt damp. Some stain that looked like dried shît on the curtains. Booked and paid for breakfast via Agoda, but they denied this despite me showing them the booking confirmation showing exactly that. Only ever one lift out of two working. Location is on a horrendously busy street with noisy traffic all day and night. Won't ever return.

I stayed at the Super OYO Collection O Hotel Pasar Baru Heritage from June 3rd to June 5th, and it was an absolute nightmare. As a 19-year-old backpacker who has experienced various accommodations, I was shocked by how dreadful this hotel was. Upon arrival, I found my room in an appalling state. The bed linens were disgustingly dirty, with visible stains and lipstick marks on the pillow. The bathroom was moldy, adding to the overall uncleanliness. I reported this to the reception, and while they sent someone to change the linens, the replacements were equally dirty. It was late, around 9:30 PM, so I reluctantly decided to endure it and sleep. The following day, my room was supposed to be cleaned while I was out, but the situation only worsened. The new linens had even worse stains. I took photos and returned to the reception to show them. The receptionist sent someone to inspect the situation, but it made no difference. The most terrifying part was getting stuck in the elevator. The elevator showed an "out of order" sign and didn’t respond to the alarm button. I was trapped for 15 minutes, with my calls for help going unanswered. When I was finally freed, the staff member merely said "sorry" and advised me to keep using the elevator, despite its clear malfunction. When I asked about a staircase, he said there wasn’t one, which is entirely unacceptable and unsafe. After this ordeal, I decided to pack my belongings and check out immediately. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the dirty room and the unsafe elevator to the receptionist. Unfortunately, I was not taken seriously. There was no offer of a refund or any form of compensation, just a dismissive "sorry" and "bye." I had to find and pay for another hotel on short notice, causing additional stress and expense. The costs for my stay at this hotel have not been reimbursed, which is completely unfair considering the horrible experience. As a seasoned backpacker, I’ve stayed in all sorts of places, but this was by far the worst. The lack of cleanliness and safety at this hotel is alarming. I strongly advise against staying here. If you value hygiene, safety, and basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs. This experience was beyond disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I hope this review helps others avoid such an unpleasant stay.
