Would definitely stay again!

There was doors slamming in the halls all night long, Made for a horrible nights sleep. The pool was completely full and felt very dirty, no towels and no one coming in to see if everything was kept clean. The room was mostly clean but with the lack of sleep and dirty pool I will not stay here again

Very clean and nice room. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The drinks were great at the bar. We enjoyed the 18+ swim times that they offered. Will be staying again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is shampoo and toiletries already available in the room so if you forget no need to panic. the coffee pot in the room is crazy small and coffee is week, but I survived. Pool is nice and hot tube is big. The bar is good with activities for the kids. I really like going to this hotel when I am in town. One of the best we have stayed in. Prices are far better than the rest for all the amenities they provide. 5 stars.

Well, other than having to wait over two hours to get keys to our room after check in time (we were given breakfast vouchers to compensate the wait), security over-eyeing us to the point where they sent another security guard to disrupt us right before singing happy birthday to our daughter for no other reason than there was a group of us which posed a potential problem of us being loud…even though it was said we weren’t being loud (I was able to deescalate the situation with the security manager, Rose), and someone stealing things out of our car in the parking lot in a space closest to the staff entry doors (were told that they couldn’t help with anything, even surveillance footage, unless the police were called), we were able to make the best of it and celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday as we hoped to. The beds were extremely comfortable and my 6 year old son really loved the style and comfort of the room. Deniece at the bar was very kind and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations and my drink after the festivities were completed. It was just what I needed after a long day with crazy obstacles at every turn.

There is just something about having carpet that makes it more comfortable. And room needs more furniture..

The staff were so nice, the hotel was clean. Our room was extremely noisy. The sounds from upstairs and it sounded like the refrigerator was a pigeon. Breakfast oatmeal was great and they acommodated even though we were late.

It’s Alaska and I went in the winter. Nothing is really WALKABLE. But there IS an awesome specialty cheese shop that serves the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had barely two blocks away. As for the rest of the review, I’m more focused on the facility itself. Very clean, great service, and the WXYZ lounge never disappoints. Also love that the pool becomes adults only after 9pm. Can we enforce that everywhere please? As a proud child free adult, I need more of this in my life. Anyway, 10 out of 10 recommend.
