The staff are so approachable and honest its just that the sink are clogged and their beddings are not comfortable..its itchy they should change it.

Big rooms with high ceilings, deep luxurious tub, great location, stellar service and professionalism, free breakfast and a good price for what you get. If you're making a trip to Anchorage and this place is within your price range, book it! It's a great hotel.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever visited. The continental breakfast, excellent customer service, and convenient location are unparalleled.
There are dozens of hotels in the Anchorage area but the only one in which I'll ever want to stay is located at 700 E Dimond Boulevard

The staff are wonderful with good customer service. The problem I experienced with this stay is bites on my arm. It may have been bed bugs.
