The hotel was gud, but sub- 3 star. Bathrooms were not cleaned, bedsheets were also dirty and had hair. Floors were not properly cleaned, were just wiped.
But, i guess, all hotels are like this in pehalgam side, so it was decent enough. Food was good, people are nice, they speak so soft and sweet to you and family. Overall, wasnt bad experience if you havent stayed in 4-5 star hotels

room heating was automatically controlled by them for all rooms from 7 pm to 6 am even it was very cold day and food quality was very bad. multiple guests including me have suffered from food poisoning at the same day after taking dinner. water heating for bath was also controlled from some where and was available for very sort period of time.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay at hotel riviera. All the staff are really attentive & helpful, and a special mention to mr. Hussain is very professional and his behaviour is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and cozy rooms and top-notch location.

Rooms were very small and we did not got any sea view.
We got b block where it had no view. Also rooms were very small, led only had youtube nothing else

Rooms were clean, hospitality top class. Food option in buffet breakfast are limited but everything was served hot and if anything was requested it was fulfilled, overall very good experience.

Exceptional value! This hotel impressed with amazing food, a relaxing ambience, and thoughtfully arranged rooms. Reliable 24/7 AC and hot water ensured comfort. The friendly, attentive staff provided outstanding service, making me feel at home. The quality of the food surpassed expectations, and the overall experience was delightful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. I'll definitely return.

Mountain View from hotel balcony is outstanding. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Car was not allowed for parking in the hotel lobby. Location of the hotel is too good to see river and mountain together.
