Beautiful hotel, with a panoramic view. The hotel is beautiful and has a very nice rooms. However what sets this hotel apart is the level of service. Each staff is so polite and welcoming. They show genuine care. And the highlight is the food. Each dish was so tasty. The chef indulged us by making delicious Kashmir style firni, fish etc. in fact the second day he ensured my son had a fish item as he said he liked it a lot Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel's location is good. The service from the staff was good and especially the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious. To summarise I would recommend this hotel since it's value for money if you are not specifically looking for 5 star properties like Raddison

I asked agent to book this after looking at overall pictures. BUT - - Food quality is bad & very limited menu at this price point. - Specially Item of rice, you can barely chew. (Poha or pulav). - I have brought this to the notice of staff over there. Tea or coffee is also machine made and no south Indian dish as they don't have south Indian chef. - My bathroom door was too hard , you need to be a strong person to open and close it. The suite room which i was staying - the bathroom door cannot be closed, it was that hard - The pictures on the site and actual site will disappoint you ( atleast it happened to me) - One good thing was the Air-condition / heater , it was working well - Room interior is too heavy for my taste but request visitors to zoom pictures and decide yourself.

Easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in (we are a frequent traveller)..... Great classy room.... Tasty food and amazing views Couldn't have asked for more Great service. Will try to come again to this hotel soon. Would like to stay for 3-4 days at least now.

The rooms were clean and the view was osm we loved the property and the staff we loved the food it was very tasty property was so good and having a nice view thanku management thanku yawer reyaz............................................
