皮克斯廣場飯店

Acudimos a finales de abril por el cumple de mi hijo.. Aún sigue en remodelación, pero no se ve casi nada.. reserve con más de 60 días el rest Goofys kitcheny aún con eso tuvimos q esperar 30 min para poder entrar. La habitación, pequeña para 4 personas, no tienen micro ( como en otras de Disney) amenidades todas, wifi en todo el hotel, personajes dentro del hotel. Una cosa q si notamos es q al ser nuevo, colocaron mal la puerta de nuestra regadera, abría hacia adentro y chocábamos con los jabones 😅😅 Tuvimos q darle un jalón para acomodarla.. Súper cerca los parques.. Disney siempre llena de magia..

Es un buen hotel, me gusta la decoración y su tienda de souvenirs COSAS MALAS el RESTAURATE DEL HOTEL , Nos recibieron como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor, el restaurante casi vacío y nos dicen que van a revisar disponibilidad , total que después nos dan una mesa en la parte de afuera cuando hace frío ; quiero pensar que fue porque teníamos niños, pero bueno es un hotel de Disney HAY NIÑOS Sorry pero esos detalles te cambian la experiencia, no me explico porque nos hacen el feo… Felicitación especial a los de La tienda de souvenirs excelente atención, servicio y paciencia.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils se plient en 4 pour que votre séjour soit magique (exception faites des maîtres nageurs qui faisaient un peu la tête). L'hôtel est très beau, très immersif dans l'univers des vacances à la plage. Le système des ascenseurs est un peu bizarre mais on finit par s'y faire. La chambre est très propre et spacieuse ! La nôtre donnait sur la route avec vue sur le parc mais nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangés par le bruit. La literie est la meilleure dans laquelle j'ai dormi ! Au niveau des commodités, la piscine est top, bien que l'eau soit un peu froide, mais il y a le jacuzzi et le toboggan qui sont bien fun ! Un petit espace jeu et snack sur le côté permet aussi d'assister au spectacle nocturne de Disneyland avec son synchronisé ! La petite boutique de l'hôtel est très sympa avec pleins d'articles originaux. Il n'y avait pas de restaurant (c'était encore la période covid) mais un petit espace market où on pouvait acheter de quoi grignoter dans la chambre en toute autonomie. En plus, on est vraiment à côté des parcs et de Downtown disney. Bref, ce séjour était parfait !

First - I am a huge Disney fan. I travel to the parks 2-3 times a year (Florida and California). I am a DVC member. I have stayed at nearly every hotel in WDW and both GCV and DL Hotel in DL. We were in CA for a conference and my adult daughter and I decided to add on a couple of days at Disney fairly last minute. We decided to try the new Pixar hotel. First- YES it is VERY overpriced. I paid $640 plus taxes per night for an ADA 2 queen premium view room (view of DCA). Is this a bit insane? Yes. I admit it is. We stayed 2 nights. We checked in around noon, left our bags with bell services (amazing service!) and went to Disneyland. We had checked in via mobile app and our room would be texted to us when ready. Initial reaction of the hotel is 'wow'! It is gorgeous, so fresh and new. Bing Bong was in the lobby when we arrived. Gorgeous big gift shop, coffee shop, Maple restaurant and staff were what you expect from Disney casting members (awesome!). We could feel the 'disney magic' right away. The big selling point of this resort is LOCATION. You have a private path across the street only for Pixar hotel guests that goes directly to the Grand Californian hotel and out to DTD/Disneyland or the option of going right into DCA and landing in the middle of the action. No walking all the way through DTD and fighting crowds at both security and in general. As an autistic person who can get sensory overload in crowds - this alone was worth the money I spent. I also use a wheelchair so trying to navigate heavy crowds in the narrow paths of DTD to get to the parks can really overstimulate me and cause anxiety. But honestly - you are paying for the location and the view. Sure - its a cute hotel - rooms are no bigger than any other hotel really. We stayed at the home2suites near Disney in January with free breakfast and a 1000sq ft family 2 bedroom suite for about $259/night and LOVED the hotel. One of the best hotels in Anaheim in my opinion. It included a huge breakfast! But again - it is not on a private path to the parks with a view of World of Color at night! So that is what you are paying $600+++ a night for. The pool is 'ok' but honestly just a rectangle pool smaller than the one at my condos where I live. Capacity said 45. Hot tub was nice and capacity 8. The waterslide is cute and fun. Lots of kids and adults using it. Good amount of loungers. Nice cabanas and day beds you can rent, but all empty as they are overpriced at about $450/5 hours for a cabana and $350/5 hours day bed. Lower the price to $250 for the cabana and $125/daybed and they would be full guaranteed. Seemed like such a waste to see them sitting there unused. Would rather see the cost lower and them being enjoyed. Never saw anyone in them in 3 days! They have done a nice job with the roof top. Games, nice pool bar with some foods/ice cream. Very fresh. The room was clean and brand new. It still smelled new. Lots of plugs and USB ports. We had floor 14 (hotel is 15 stori

MAJOR POOL SAFETY CONCERNS. pool deck was extremely slippery- multiple children falling even while just walking. Apparently not a new issue-l other guests said same spot was slippery last year. Complained to Matt at pool deck who placed a mat over spot but it was gone the next day. Made fun of me for pointing out safety concern. Matt is clearly incompetent at his job and would like the hotel to get sued for injured guests. Pool was also very cold- everyone was in hot tub but max 8 ppl allowed. Disappointing since it’s a kids hotel. Slide was closed over the weekend for “maintenance” Front desk was amazing. Restaurant and room service were amazing.

For the least expensive Disneyland properly hotel option, Pixar Place impresses with its theming, amenities, and location. It feels much more like a brand-new hotel than a remodel. The special details and artwork, that represent just about every Pixar movie ever released, make walking the grounds, lobby, and hallways a truly fun and uniquely Disney experience. The staff is top tier, especially Frances who assisted with our check-in. This is a perfect hotel for small children. Our toddlers loved pointing out their favorite characters, and the pool area is fantastic with a Nemo-themed splash pad. There were two pack-and-plays waiting in our room when we arrived. The “secret” entrance to DCA is a huge time saver, and walking across Downtown Disney to the main gates takes just a little over 10 minutes. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but we stopped by the incredibly cute coffee shop every morning. The only complaint is the elevators, which use a different kind of system and would get very backed up at busier times. The system accounts for what floor a guest needs to go to, but not the size of their group, so it would often assign multiple groups to the same elevator, creating logjams. We will definitely stay at Pixar Place again on our next Disneyland trip. It blew away our expectations and made us feel immersed in Disney magic during our entire stay.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The Paradise Pier was clearly gutted and this remodel is fabulous. The rooms are well laid out, well lit, spacious with a bright spacious bathroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The elevators with the system of selecting your floor in advance can be slow but one elevator was down during our entire visit, so once that is in working order the situation may be improved. I read reviews saying you could hear noise from other rooms easily and when we walked into the room there was a sound machine which made me nervous about potential noise. I tend to be a light sleeper. There was no problem at all. The sound machine was just a nice addition if you wanted to use it. We stayed on the 14th floor with Club access. The Club was great (what a great coffee machine; cappuccinos, lattes) although the variety of food options could be better. I do think the club should be open later than 8pm though. The staff in the hotel were incredibly nice; every single one we encountered. The Pixar theme is well done including the live piano player from Soul to the appearances from Bing Bong in the lobby. It's a short walk just across the street to California Adventure through the dedicated gate for Pixar Place guests and a quick walk through the Grand Californian Hotel to Downtown Disney and on to Disneyland. This hotel is actually much closer to the parks than the Disneyland Hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

My family stayed at Pixar Place in June. There were still some renovations happening but our room was wonderful. Every special “Pixar” touch in the decor was really cute and clever. My kids had fun figuring out what character would be on the elevator floor each time we took the elevator. The lofi Pixar music is such a cool touch. Small things like this made it so special for my 4 and 6 year old. We loved how easy it was to walk to the parks, and the special entrance into DCA was amazing. The splash pad and water slide were great. I do think the pool is a bit small for the hotel size but the pool deck had fun activities and firework viewing that we took advantage of. Can’t wait for our next visit!

First time staying at this hotel. Wanted to give it a try. Overall, everything is new with the remodel. We really liked it. The Pixar vibe is modern and slick. The Pixar lamp was in the room and had some cool lighting options. This was in alignment with the other Disney hotels we have stayed in as far as quality and service are concerned. This was the 7th unique Disney hotel we have stayed in. Two downers: the elevator can take a long time. Sometimes it comes fast. On our way out for early entry, we took the north stairs down—which put us right at the crosswalk to the Grand Californian. Perfect. We cut through the hotel and out into Downtown Disney. The second downer—California Adventure started blasting Halloween music starting at 3 am, non-stop. I thought they must have been rehearsing for something. But it kept going. All night long. Come to find out they were playing music for the 4 am Run Disney crowd. Shouldn’t be an issue for nearly everyone who stays there—but it was a bummer for us that night. I found it as far from the parks as the Disneyland hotel—if you cut through the Grand Californian. We watched World of Color and tuned into the TV station. We were on floor 8 (of 15, I think), and had big blockages from the palm trees. Perhaps the higher floors have a better view. It was still fun. We liked the hotel, would go again, and recommend it.
