A propriedade no inicio impressiona com uma arquitetura da região. Porém os problemas aparecem depois.. tem cozinha sem maquina de lavar louça, o hotel não disponibiliza maquinas para lavar roupas, tivemos que andar até outra quadra para isto. Não fazem arrumação diária, barulho no andar de cima, banheiro apertado e cama terrível! Para quem tem problema na coluna como eu, é devastador. De positivo um supermercado em frente, porém muito caro e inseguro.. também imigrantes mexicanos fazendo tacos e burritos raiz deliciosos. Não me hospedaria de novo.

Excelente todo, la persona de recepción durante el check in no hablaba Español pero fue muy paciente y amable al estarnos explicando todo para que comprendieramos las indicaciones, de igual forma las otras señoritas recepcionistas y los muchachos del estacionamiento, las camas muy comodas al igual que las almohadas, todo muy limpio y agradable, tiene muy buena ubicación y enfrente hay un super donde encuentras todo

the decorations in the hotel were nice, the beds were great, space in the room was good. However, travelocity said that it had a full breakfast and a gym. It does not. I paid the price of a resort and it is not a resort.

大きなキッチン付きの部屋で快適でした。アクセスは車でが無いと難しいですが、駐車場が表と裏にありました。キッチン付きのせいか朝食はパンとか最低限のものしかありませんでした。そこが一番残念でした。

Not bad staying here, rooms have enough space, balcony and kitchenette,parking was kind of full,but we made it,breakfast was included in the price but not a good breakfast, nothing offered just muffins and coffee, cereal that was missing next day,and no daily housekeeping till the third day .So overall not bad to stay there as a family vacation but still missing few things.The location is convenient.

Repeat customer from Vegas. We stayed here about a dozen of times and our stay are always pleasent and close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry, and many places here in Anaheim. We always recommend this hotel to friends of family since it has a kitchen when travel with kid(s) in saving our budget; cooking IN while there's a market across the street. Staff are always friendly and kind with their services...thank you Hotel Pepper Tree!
